The company will be joining Brooks Brothers, Louis Vuitton and Ethan Allen at the site. The company is also planning to open a 34,934 sq.ft. Nordstrom Rack at Markets at Town Center, located along Big Island Drive in Jacksonville, FL, and the store is slated to open during early 2014. The company, offering apparel for men and women, operates 240 locations throughout 31 states nationwide, including 117 full-line stores, including nine in FL, 119 Nordstrom Racks, including eight in FL, two Jeffrey boutiques, one treasure&bond store and one clearance store. Dunkin’ Brands (781-737-3000), under a franchisee, is opening Dunkin’ Donuts stores throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Ventura and Orange counties in CA during 2015. The company also plans to open between 330 and 360 locations this year. The chain, offering coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches, currently operates more than 10,000 locations throughout 32 countries worldwide. Whole Foods Market, Inc. (512-477-4455) is planning to open a 38,251 sq.ft. Whole Foods supermarket, along with 6,000 sq.ft. of second floor mezzanine space, at Shops of Highland Village, located in Highland Village, TX during 2014. The company is also planning to open a Whole Foods supermarket at Colonie Center, located at the intersection of Central Avenue and Wolf Road in Colonie, NY during early 2014. The chain, offering organic and natural food items, currently operates more than 342 specialty supermarkets nationwide, as well as in Canada and the United Kingdom. Togo’s Eateries, Inc. (408-280-6569) is slated to open a Togo’s restaurant along Pearl Street in Eugene, OR. It will be the company’s first location in the city. The store is slated to open during spring 2014. It will be the company’s first full-line store in the southwestern U.S. The company is also opening a 95,000 sq.ft. Belk store at Creekside Town Center in New Braunfels, TX this fall. The company, offering apparel for men and women, accessories and footwear, currently operates 301 locations throughout 16 states in the southern U.S., including flagship locations throughout Atlanta, GA; Charlotte and Raleigh, NC, as well as 13 smaller-format stores throughout TX. Select Comfort Retail Corp. (763-551-7000) is planning to increase its store count up to 445 Select Comfort locations by the end of the year. The company currently, offering mattresses and bed accessories, operates 410 locations nationwide. Carmike Cinemas, Inc. (706-576-3400) will open a 13-screen Carmike Cinemas along Chantilly Parkway/Route 110 in Montgomery, AL. The movie theater is slated to open during 2014. Penn Station East Coast Subs (513-474-5957) recently opened its first northern VA location at Haymarket Village Center, along Trading Square in Haymarket, VA. The company plans to open 40 quick-serve restaurants this year and another 45 locations in 2014.
