The company is also planning to open a 141,200 sq.ft. store in Pu-unene, HI. The chain, offering apparel, toys, housewares, pet supplies and electronics, currently operates more than 1,797 locations nationwide and 122 stores throughout Canada.

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (479-273-4000) is planning to open a 46,000 sq.ft. Walmart Neighborhood Market at Ocean Lakes Village, located off U.S. 17 Business near SC 544 in Myrtle Beach, SC during the summer. The company, offering general merchandise, groceries, health and beauty items and electronics, trades as Walmart, Walmart Supercenter and Walmart Neighborhood Market and currently operates more than 9,000 locations nationwide and internationally.

Gap, Inc. (650-952-4400) recently opened a 13,000 sq.ft. Old Navy store at the site of a former Book Gallery at Northgate Mall in Chattanooga, TN. The store features a smaller format than traditional locations.

The company offers apparel, footwear and accessories for men, women and children and operates under the trade-name Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Piperlime, Athleta and Intermix.

Gander Mountain (888-542-6337) is planning to open locations in Avon and Greenfield, IN this year. The company, offering hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, boating and other outdoor-related equipment, apparel and gear, currently operates 131 locations throughout 24 states nationwide.

Giant Eagle, Inc. (715-876-5911) is planning to open a Giant Eagle supermarket and convenience store at The Bridges, a planned commercial development at the intersection of 116th Street and Spring Mill Road in Carmel, IN during 2015. It will be the chain’s first location in the state. The chain operates 420 locations throughout western PA, OH, northern WV and MD, and also operates under the trade-name Market District.

Nordstrom, Inc. (206-628-2111) is planning to open a 35,000 sq.ft. Nordstrom Rack store at Christiana Fashion Center in Newark, DE during fall 2015. It will be the chain’s first store in the state. The company currently operates more than 258 locations nationwide throughout 35 states, trading as Nordstrom at 117 locations, Nordstrom Rack at 137 locations, Jeffrey boutiques at two locations and one clearance outlet.

Hennes & Mauritz AB (212-564-9922) is planning to open a 23,000 sq.ft. H&M store at Katy Mills Malls in Katy, TX during the fall. The company, offering men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, as well as accessories, currently operates more than 3,000 locations worldwide.

CFA Properties, Inc. (404-765-8000) is planning to open a 4,500 sq.ft. Chick-fil-A restaurant at the intersection of South 38th Street and Steele Street near the Tacoma Mall in Tacoma, WA during early 2015.

Neiman Marcus (800-685-6695) is slated to open a 15,000 sq.ft. Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio along Ohio Street, between Wabash Avenue and Rush Street, in Chicago, IL during August.

Conn’s, Inc. (877-472-5358) is planning to open four Conn’s HomePlus stores in Albuquerque, NM; Amarillo, TX; Chandler, AZ and Shreveport, LA this year. The company, offering appliances, electronics, furniture, lawn care items and mattresses, currently operate 80 locations throughout AZ, LA, NM, OK and TX. Festival Foods (608-781-2272) is planning to open a grocery store located along East Washington Street in Madison, WI during 2015.The company currently operates 18 locations throughout the state.
