Construction on the store is slated to begin during the first quarter of the year. The company currently operates 13 locations within the Chicago, IL metropolitan area and three in northwestern IN. CVS Caremark Corp. (877-265-7325) plans to open a 13,225 sq.ft. CVS pharmacy at the intersection of Mullins Road, Oakhurst Drive and Oakwood Road in Charleston, WV. The store is slated to open early next year and will be the company’s 51st in the state. The company currently operates 7,025 stores nationwide throughout 41 states and Washington, DC, and also operates 569 MinuteClinic retail health clinics.

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. (405-745-1100) will open a 55,170 sq.ft. Hobby Lobby store near the intersection of Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway and Colonial Boulevard in Ft. Myers, FL, as part of a plan to open 40 stores nationwide during the year. The store is slated to open during late spring or early summer. The store is slated to open during the spring and will join Urban Outfitters at the center. The company currently operates 2,000 locations nationwide and internationally.

Target Corp. (612-304-6073) plans to open a 145,600 sq.ft. Target in the lower level of a three-story former Boscov’s at South Hills Village Mall, located in Bethel Park, PA. Dick’s Sporting Goods plans to open an 85,600 sq.ft. store in the remaining two floors.

Both stores are slated to open during July of next year. The company currently operates 1,752 locations nationwide throughout 49 states.

Five Guys Enterprises, LLC (703-339-9500) is scouting potential locations for Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries restaurants in the Roanoke Valley area of VA. The company recently closed a restaurant along West Main Street in Salem, VA, and currently operates 620 locations nationwide throughout 48 states.

Family Dollar Stores, Inc. (704-847-6961) will open a 7,000 sq.ft. Family Dollar discount store in a former West Marine along Eglin Parkway Southeast in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (630-226-0020) will open an Ulta store at The Shops at Boardman Park, located along Boardman Poland Road in Boardman, OH. The store is slated to open during late spring or early summer. America’s Best Contacts and Sunglasses and Scottrade also plan to open locations at the center. Both stores are slated to open during the spring. The retailers will join Old Navy, Value City Furniture and Target at the center.

Aeropostale, Inc. (973-872-5660) will open an Aeropostale store at Animas Valley Mall, located in Farmington, NM. The store is slated to open this year and will be the company’s first in northwestern NM and fourth in the state. The chain currently operates more than 900 locations, offering clothing for children ages 14 to 17, nationwide.

Goodwill Industries of Southern Piedmont (704-372-3434) will open a Goodwill Industries thrift store along Mt. Gallant Road near the intersection with Celanese Road in Rock Hill, SC. The store will replace an existing location along Albright Road and is slated to open during July.

Focus Brands, Inc. (404-257-7040), through franchisee Big Plan Group, plans to open a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant in half of a former Blockbuster Video at Trinity Point, located in South Strabane, PA. The opening will be the franchisee’s fourth location and the company’s fifth in the region, and is slated to open during early May. The company currently operates 415 Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurants nationwide.

Tiffany & Co. (212-755-8000) will open a Tiffany store at Stony Point Fashion Park, located in Richmond, VA. The store is slated to open during late summer and will be the company’s first in Richmond and second in northern VA. The company currently operates 200 locations worldwide, including 91 stores nationwide.
