Who’s Opening and Where Cabela’s, Inc. (308-254-5505) will open a 40,000 sq.ft. Cabela’s Outpost at Washington Plaza, located along East Washington Avenue in Union Gap, WA. The store is slated to open this fall. The location will be the company’s third in WA and will join JCPenney at the center. The format will be in the company’s new concept, which features a smaller size and outdoor displays. The company is also opening an 80,000 sq.ft. Cabela’s at Polaris Centers, located at the intersection of Gemini Parkway and Lyra Drive in Polaris, OH. Construction is slated to begin in the spring and the store will open during spring 2013. The company operates 34 stores, offering hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, boating and other outdoor-related equipment, apparel and gear, as well as gifts and furnishings, nationwide and in Canada. Delhaize Group (704-633-8250) is planning to open eight Bottom Dollar Food stores throughout NJ including along South Broad Street in Trenton; Route 130 North in Cinnaminson; at the intersection of Route 130 and Farnsworth Avenue in Bordentown; South Route 130 in Edgewater; West Browning Road in Bellmawr; Broad Street in Woodbury; Route 38 in Mt. Holly and at the intersection of Route 130 and Town Center Road in East Windsor. The store openings will more than double the company’s presence in NJ. The company currently operates 43 stores in NJ, OH and PA. TJX Cos., Inc. (508-390-1000) plans to open a 25,000 sq.ft. Marshalls store at Parkway Shops, a project under development situated on 153 acres at the intersection of Airport Center Drive and Duval Road in North Jacksonville, FL. A 45,000 sq.ft. Dick’s Sporting Goods will also anchor the center. The store will be the company’s seventh Marshalls in the area. The company currently operates more than 2,800 stores in six countries under the T.J. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (479-273-4000) plans to open two Walmart Neighborhood Markets along with two Walmart Supercenters during the next year in Orange County, CA including sites in Huntington Beach, Irvine, Rancho and Santa Margarita, CA. The four stores will bring the company’s count to 16 in Orange County, CA. The Huntington Beach store will encompass 31,000 sq.ft. and is located at the site of a former Rite Aid at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Atlanta Boulevard. The Walmart Neighborhood Market is the company’s new concept, which features a full-line of groceries, health and beauty products, pet supplies and general merchandise. The company currently operates more than 9,000 locations nationwide and internationally throughout 15 countries, including nearly 3,000 Walmart Supercenter locations and 160 Walmart Neighborhood Market stores. Ann, Inc. (212-541-3300) will open a 4,000 sq.ft. Ann Taylor store at Regency Court, located along Regency Parkway in Omaha, NE. The store is slated to open during the fall and will join an existing Ann Taylor LOFT at the center. The company operates ladies apparel stores nationwide throughout 46 states and in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico, trading as Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor LOFT. Microsoft (425-882-8080) plans to open a store at Bridgewater Commons in Bridgewater, NJ. The store will be the company’s first regional location in the Northeast. The store is slated to open during the first half of the year. The company also plans to open international stores, and currently operates 14 units nationwide, with the majority located west of the Mississippi River.

Panera Bread Co. (314-633-7100) plans to open two of its humanitarian pay-what-youwant concept Panera Bread restaurants. The pay-what-you-want system is part of a nonprofit and has restaurants operating in MI, MO and OR. The company currently operates more than 1,700 locations nationwide.

Topshop (866-853-8559) will open a 25,000 sq.ft. location at a space formerly tenanted by Banana Republic at the Grove, located in Los Angeles, CA. It will be the company’s fourth store in the U.S. and will join Forever 21 and H&M at the center. The store is slated to open in November. The company currently operates locations internationally throughout 20 countries, and in Chicago, IL, Las Vegas, NV and New York, NY.

Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems (732223-4044) will open seven Jersey Mike’s restaurants throughout CA, including two in Orange County, two in San Diego and one along Newport Boulevard in Tustin. The company currently operates more than 500 sub shops nationwide.

(407-245-4000) plans to open a Seasons 52 restaurant at Millennium High Street, located at the intersection of 610 Loop and Westheimer Road in Houston, TX. The restaurant will be the company’s second in TX.
