(731-668-2444) plans to open between 15 and 20 Kirkland’s locations this year, with most opening during the second half of the year, while closing between 35 and 40. The company closed 22 of the home goods stores during the fourth quarter of 2008, bringing the current store count to 299. Hermes International SCA (212-759-7585) plans to open or renovate 20 Hermes locations nationwide and internationally this year. The stores feature luxury silk and leather fashion accessories in addition to jewelry, watches and fragrances.
Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (630-410-4800) plans to open 35 Ulta stores this year. The company recently opened locations in Fort Smith, AR; Kissimmee and Miami Beach, FL; Manchester and Natick, MA; Jacksonville, NC and Toledo, OH. The company currently operates 311 of the salons, also selling cosmetics and fragrances, nationwide.
PriceRite Supermarket (860-571-6566) will open a 40,000 sq.ft. Price Rite Supermarket location along Kenmore Avenue in Buffalo, NY. The company recently entered the Buffalo market, opening a store in Stuyvesant Plaza during March.

Jack in the Box, Inc.
