Dunkin’ Donuts shop with a drive-thru along U.S. 41 Highway East in East Naples, FL during October and will join Burger King at the site. The company also plans to open three other Dunkin’ Donuts locations throughout Collier County, FL within the next year, including sites at Uptown Center and Naples International Pavilion, located at the intersection of Livingston Road and Immokalee Road, as well as a store at Immokalee Plaza, located at the intersection of Lake Trafford Road and State Road 29 in Immokalee during the fall. The company, offering coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches, currently operates more than 10,000 locations throughout 32 countries worldwide. Lucky’s Farmers Market (425-890-9183) is planning to open a 26,000 sq.ft. grocery store at West Park Promenade, located along Grand Avenue in Billings, MT during February 2014. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (479-273-4000) is planning to open a Walmart at New Orleans East, located at the intersection of Interstate 1-10 and Bullard Avenue in New Orleans, LA during 2014. The company is also slated to open a Walmart in Gentilly, LA with construction commencing on the store during the summer. The company is also planning to open a 160,000 sq.ft. Walmart at Teterboro Landing, a 55-acre mixed-use center in Teterboro, NJ. The store will feature a garden center and a drive-thru pharmacy and will join a future Costco at the site. The store will feature large fish aquariums and an Uncle Buck’s Fishbowl and Grill, serving appetizers, sandwiches, salads and burgers. The chain of stores, offering outdoor, hunting and fishing gear, camping apparel for men and women, backpacking and outdoor accessories, currently operates 77 locations, with eight openings slated for this year, throughout the U.S. and Canada. Wild Wing Café (843-216-7601), through a franchisee, plans to open 70 restaurants during the next five years as part of an expansion plan to operate 100 locations by 2018. BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. (508-652-7904) is planning to open an 86,700 sq.ft. BJ’s Wholesale Club at Plaza at Coral Springs II, located at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Riverside Drive in Coral Springs, FL during spring 2014. The company will join a 54,000 sq.ft. Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, The Sports Authority, Kohl’s and Aldi at the shopping center.
