Who’s Opening and Where Target Corp. (612-304-6073) plans to open a 163,000 sq.ft. Target store at the Mosaic at Merrifield, located in the Merrifield area of Fairfax County, VA. The store is part of the company’s expansion plan to open 19 locations this year and is slated to open during October. The company currently operates more than 1,700 locations nationwide throughout 49 states. Macy’s, Inc. (513-579-7000) is planning to open a 140,000 sq.ft. Macy’s store in a former Circuit City at Gurnee Mills in Gurnee, IL. The store is slated to open in 2013.

Ann, Inc. (212-541-3300) plans to open a 5,394 sq.ft. Loft store at Sundance Square, at the intersection of Houston Street and Third Street in Fort Worth, TX. The store is slated to open during the fall and will be joining Jos. A. Bank, Pappagallo Classiques, Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries and Leddy’s Ranch at the site. The company currently operates over 500 women’s apparel stores nationwide throughout 46 states and in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico, trading as Ann Taylor, Loft, Ann Taylor Factory Store and Loft Outlet.

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores (800388-0983) plans to open 10 CNG Fueling Stations and convenience stores throughout OK this year, including a location at the intersection of Northeast 122nd Street and Interstate 35 in Oklahoma City and a store in Norman, both slated to open in July. The company currently operates more than 280 travel stops and convenience stores, including 70 CNG locations in OK. Ross Stores, Inc. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (479-273-4000) plans to open a Walmart Express store along NC Interstate 24 in Stedman, NC. Area retail includes Dollar General. The company is also planning to open a Walmart Express on 24.7 acres located at the intersection of Murphy Road and Interstate 95 in Eastover, NC. The company currently operates more than 9,000 locations nationwide and internationally throughout 15 countries, including nearly 3,000 Walmart Supercenter locations and 160 Walmart Neighborhood Market stores.

Winking Lizard Tavern (216-831-0022) plans to open a Lizardville restaurant in a former The Pit along Central Parkway in Beachwood, OH. The restaurant is slated to open during spring 2013 and will be the company’s third Lizardville location in the area.

Blaze Pizza, LLC (626) 806-6733 plans to open a Blaze Pizza restaurant at University Center in Irvine, CA during July. The company also plans to open a 2,800 sq.ft. location in the Theater District section of Pasadena, CA. The company plans to open 15 locations throughout southern CA by the end of 2013.

Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. (414-2315000) plans to open a 7,500 sq.ft. Pick-NSave supermarket at a former Piggly Wiggly at Six Flags Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. 90 and Dogwood Drive in Milton, FL. The store is slated to open during August.

Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc. (818-993-4212) plans to open at least 60 Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies stores nationwide this year. The company currently operates over 700 locations throughout 35 states nationwide.

Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (800-246-3627) plans to open a 12-screen theater in a former Dillard’s at Lakeland Square, located in Lakeland, TX. The theater is slated to open next year.
