Who’s Opening and Where Hill Arizona Grocery Co. (970-626-5811) plans to open The Market at Fulton Ranch, a grocery store that will anchor The Promenade at Fulton Ranch, a 150,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Chandler Heights Road and Alma School Road in Chandler, AZ. The market will feature organic produce, gourmet food items, and a café as well as deli and bakery departments, and is slated to open during the fall. The company operates grocery stores throughout AZ and CO. Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. (330-656-2600) is slated to open 30 Jo-Ann Fabrics locations nationwide during the 2011 fiscal year, as well as close 25 locations and remodel 40 stores. Tiffany & Co. (212-755-8000) will open a Tiffany’s jewelry store at St. Johns Town Center, located along River City Drive in Jacksonville, FL. The store is slated to open during the winter. The company currently operates 200 locations nationwide and internationally, including 10 in the state. The bakery-café will offer handcrafted breads, pastries, sandwiches and salads, and will join Kohl’s, Sprouts Farmers Market, California Pizza Kitchen and Pei Wei Asian Diner at the center. Yogurtland is also slated to open a location at the center this fall.
