Who’s Opening and Where Innovative Mattress Solutions (800-3078645) plans to open a Sleep Outfitters store in Beavercreek, OH by year’s end. The company recently opened its third and fourth stores along Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights, OH and along Bechtle Avenue in Springfield, OH, respectively. The company currently operates 90 locations throughout IN, KY, OH and WV. Electronics Expo, LLC (973-808-8838) plans to open two Electronics Expo stores by year’s end. The electronics retailer opened a location during May, and currently operates 16 stores throughout NJ. Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. (781-737-3000) will open a Baskin-Robbins location along East Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette, LA, and is scouting locations for two other openings in the area. The Chalmette store is slated to open during the summer. Shoe Show, Inc. (704-782-4143) will open a Shoe Dept. Encore store at Crystal Mall, located in Waterford, CT. The store will offer shoes for men, women and children, and is slated to open during early fall. Wet Seal opened a location at the center during June.

Garden Ridge Corp. (832-391-7201) is slated to open a 110,000 sq.ft. Garden Ridge home décor store in a former Dillard’s site at Chesterfield Towne Center, located in Richmond, VA. The store is slated to open during early October, and will join Sears and JCPenney at the center. It will be the company’s first store in the area since closing a location near Richmond International Airport in 2008. The opening will be the company’s first in a regional mall, as they typically operate in strip centers and freestanding locations, and will serve as a prototype for future openings planned for regional malls nationwide over the next several years. The company currently operates 43 locations nationwide throughout 18 states. Aldi, Inc. (630-879-8100) will open an Aldi discount grocery store at the intersection of U.S. Highway 19 and Cinema Drive in Port Richey, FL. The store is tentatively slated to open during the fall. The company will also open a location at Rego Park II, a retail project located along Junction Boulevard in Queens, NY, early next year. The company currently operates 1,085 locations nationwide throughout 31 states, including 75 stores throughout NY.

The Vitamin Shoppe (201-868-5959) will open a location at Galleria at Jordan Creek, located along Mills Civic Parkway in West Des Moines, IA. The store will be the company’s first in the state, and is slated to open during late fall. The company operates 480 stores, offering nutritional products, including vitamins and minerals, nutritional supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies and health and beauty items, nationwide. QIP Holder, LLC (720-359-3300) plans to open as many as 600 Quiznos restaurants nationwide by year’s end, including franchise locations as well as corporate-owned restaurants. The company also plans to renovate as many as 2,000 existing locations over the next year. The company currently operates 3,000 locations nationwide and internationally. White Castle Management Co. (800-8432728) plans to open a White Castle restaurant along Route 22 in Pohatcong Township, NJ.
