Life imprisonment Sonepat, Nov 2: The Additional district and Sessions Judge, Gagangeet Kaur today sentenced Kapil of Garh Mirakpur village to life imprisonment with fine of Rs 5000 convicting him in the murder of his wife Usha on November 7, 2014. The Governor said, his objective is not to scrap the Hollongi airport; that he wants not one airport for Arunachal Pradesh but minimum three airports. The Governor stated his only agenda is to work for the development of the State, for good governance, towards corruption-free State.

He said he didn’t have any personal interest over the airport issue and that he was not appointed by any political party, ready to quit anytime when asked. He said his intention is not to scrap the airport but instead he wants to advise the central govt. to conduct an enquiry based on the complaints he received from various organizations and from the leader of the opposition party over the land acquisition process for constructing the airport.

The IPO raised over $175 million (more than Rs 1,100 crore) in proceeds, after it was priced at Rs 328 at the top end of the expected price range of Rs 316-Rs 328.

The offering, which was open from October 14-16, was oversubscribed 1.8 times and constituted 17.02% of the company's post-issue paid-up equity share capital. Coffee Day, which competes with Starbucks and Barista in India, saw its shares open at Rs 313 on the NSE and touch a low of Rs 266 in intraday trade.

The stock finally closed at Rs 270, valuing the company at about $849 million (Rs 5,570 crore), significantly lower than the $1-billion valuation it sought during the offering. Coffee Day has more than 1,500 cafes in India and 14 overseas.
