• What were the initial challenges you faced?
Initially, it was difficult to make industries understand why Cyber Security protection is much needed. Many did not understand the difference between an IT team and a Cyber Team. Interview with The Enterprise World

When the industry understood that Cyber Security protection is important, that’s where our growth started, since our services are unique and we provide real protection in an Ethical Hacker’s way.

I am a Certified Ethical Hacker and Certified Information Security Expert. I am known for finding a serious vulnerability in eBay that allowed hackers to purchase anything for one rupee. The record about the vulnerability is available in Google as the “eBay One Rupee Vulnerability”. I am currently listed in more than 20+ companies’ prestigious Hall of fame which includes eBay, AT&T, Blackberry and many…. I was also awarded more than 1000$ from companies like Shopify, Uber for reporting Multiple vulnerabilities in their system. I have been awarded “VINUTNA RATNAAWARD” for my remarkable achievements in the field of cybersecurity by AKKINENI FOUNDATION OF USA. I was also awarded Entrepreneurs of the Year Awards by Entrepreneurs Council of India for my remarkable achievements in the field of Cyber Security.
• How do you look after your employees? What makes your team unique? world of technology, it is extremely important that you are vigilant.
• It’s a rat-race out there. How do you cope with that?
Every day is a learning for me. I keep updating myself with all the latest tech news and code that are out there in the market. I am a CEO by morning and Cyber expert by night.
We always make sure our employees are happy and have a great passion for Cyber. We have a great team of OSCP certified Cyber experts who make sure the cybersecurity of our client’s products and infra are 100% secure.
• Can you tell us what your favourite book is?
I always prefer reading books to spending quality time. From many books that I have read, “Business Adventures” - by John Brooks is my favourite one.

Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba has always been a source of motivation for me. I admire him the most.

Sundar Pichai, who recently became CEO of Google parent company Alphabet Inc. He is a mastermind behind Google growth worldwide.

Often very few companies are able to innovate successfully. The needs of the market change day in and day out, and it will continue to do so. With such recurring changes, the business managements will have to find new ways to adapt to these.
What exactly is this disruptive change then?
Disruptive change can be defined as a change that is not localized and becomes irreversible eventually. This is the kind of change that

affects a portion of the industry. Disruptive changes can be a result of the market trends that also cause a shift in the production that fit the customer demands. The best example of this is the introduction of the mobile phones. Mobile phones were introduced to replace the regular analogue phones. The first mobile phones had poor sound quality and were also expensive. With time, better phones came out in the market, innovations made way for better phones, or what we call today the ‘smart phones’.
It is evident that the challenge of disruptive change suffers lower performances initially in the mainstream market. The indicators of a disruptive change can be seen early which allows the managers of businesses to deal with them, although, sometimes the change is not clear until the very last moment.

After all, the consequences of a change depend completely upon how people decide to take it. Some people try to ignore the situation and decide to do nothing about it, while some people play smart and minimize the disruption a change has caused by adopting to it as quickly possible.
Dealing with a disruptive change is not as hard as it may seem. You just need to have a proper market analysis and also the analysis of the enterprise as a whole. As a business manager you need to understand the trend of the market and also the nature of the challenge. The next step is accepting the challenge and exploring new possibilities.
To explore the new possibilities you need to consider the past and present trends to take into consideration the future possibilities. As the changes in the industries are ever-changing, changes in the market trends are inevitable. And for the business to succeed, it is the responsibility of the managers to identify the change indicators the earliest and be prepared to deal with it all.

The professional experience
Mr. Dutta has been in the industry for over the past 25 years. He was involved in the development and deployment of telecom protocol stacks in the USA during my start of a career. He eventually moved into OSS BSS Stacks for transactional business for Telecom Industry, helping companies build products as per the global market demands and needs. Over the years he graduated to business leadership positions, handling both technology/product developments and market development globally.

As an Entrepreneur, He feels his best achievement is that he has been able to develop a very strong and committed team, who are dedicated, trustworthy, dependable and most importantly willing to take their responsibilities towards the organization as their ownership. The energy of our team keeps us pushing ourselves even further to achieve better and bigger success for Tardid.” Mr. Dutta Says that “For Tardid, every client has been unique and an experience in itself, however, I would like to highlight our experience with the defense. The first time we were on the asset, it felt intimidating by the sheer size of the asset and complexity involved in providing the desired results. We knew if we could meet the military standard, the commercial line of business becomes smooth thereon. Thus with a lot of courage, we started working. On successful completion, the entire landscape changed for us. We had managed to get success with one of the most difficult customers in the most tiring environment, it gave us a belief, that yes we can and there has been no looking back since then.”
The Rat Race in The Market
Tardid chooses to be in a place where the rat race hasn't started yet. So there are many AI focussed companies but very few are focusing on the heavy industries, moreover, even if someone starts today, it takes a while in these industries to provide a solution.
