Mere months after Mulvey’s diagnosis, Nordal founded Team Step Up, which has raised $96,000 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada through their annual participation in the Etobicoke MS Mandarin Walk. "It’s very personal. It just feels like such a small thing I can do," said Nordal, 60. "I love when I can come over and help Mary Ellen with something.
