Sale Guarantee

Accountability of guaranteeing the sound and healthy condition of the consigned horse(s) falls on each individual consignor. Additional guarantees made by the consignor for their horse(s) are acceptable and encouraged, but must be agreed upon between buyer and seller.

Full House Horse Sale does not act as agent or representative for buyer or seller, but merely as intermediary for the transaction to take place. Other terms are agreed upon strictly between buyer and seller; FHHS is not involved and has no knowledge of these agreements.

All horses will be Coggins and Health Inspected State stamped health inspections will be available Monday afternoon for Canadian buyers
