Specialist PR Service Objective – To help film producers & sales agents get their films seen at festivals around the world, in order to successfully expose their film. As your festival doctor, Rebekah does all of the research & festival administration work on your behalf.
For a minimum of 6 months (on a renewable contract) Rebekah will act as your Festival Manager, which includes 1. Designing a film festival strategy & festival agenda for your film. 2. Managing all festival administration work Submitting the film to festivals Keeping track of when festival deadlines are approaching
Chasing festivals for feedback. Shipping DVDs. Organising International & national premieres/screenings. Liaising with the festival organisers and determining their needs for any festivals where the film plays. Part of Rebekah’s service is to make every effort to have fees waived where possible.
The producer will cover all pre-approved overhead costs which include – Postage Cost of submission fees Cost of shipping digibeta tapes for example to festivals Although every effort will be made, Rebekah can’t guarantee that your film will defiantly get seen at festivals
£350.00 (negotiable) per month, for a minimum of 6 months to be paid in 6 monthly instalments via BACS. 6 month exclusive contract to be signed between Producer and Rebekah.
One off fee of £500.00. Rebekah will design a festival strategy for your film which consists of a 1-2 page festival agenda And a 12 month excel spreadsheet complete with dates of the festival, submission fees, deadlines and sections to help you keep a record of when you submitted your film to festivals.
