The Academies: K-Prep 4 through 5th Grade
3D Printing - In this class we will explore 3D printing! Students will learn how to use Tinkercad to create and print a maze game They will draw a plan for their design, create the pieces in Tinkercad, and then print out their game on our very own TFA 3D printers. (If time allows we may design other pieces) They will come away with a fun and memorable game that they designed!

Agility Academy - Agility Academy is an exciting and fun group for 2nd to 5th graders, focused on boosting speed, quickness, and agility through playful drills and activities Each session includes games and activities that improve footwork, coordination, and reaction time, helping young athletes grow their skills Along with the physical fun, we’ll also gather for a short Bible devotion, where kids can learn valuable lessons about faith, teamwork, and perseverance. Agility Academy provides a positive, faith-filled environment where kids can stay active, have fun, and build both their athletic abilities and their relationship with God

Basketball League - Our Lower School Basketball League is back! We are excited to continue partnering with other local schools for the spring Practice will be held once per week at TFA in the Cramer Family Field House. Games will also be once per week, at rotating locations on Saturdays. More details on game times will follow closer to the start of the session (Max number of students depends on coaching availability)

Students will explore key coding concepts like sequencing, loops, and problem-solving while creating simple games, animations, and projects using kid-friendly coding platforms By working together, both mentors and learners develop important skills in leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking Coding Coaches is the perfect space for coders to learn, grow, and inspire each other in a supportive and creative environment! Students must have taken Intro to Coding to register for this class.

Futsal - D2 Futsal’s objective is to provide high-quality futsal training to children interested in improving their soccer skills while also having fun. Futsal is a dynamic form of soccer, highly recommended for both novice and experienced players who wish to enhance their abilities and game understanding. Their teaching methodology is based on ecological dynamics, where we focus on developing players' ability to read the game and improve their decision-making skills to effectively solve the challenges that arise during play. Go Tell - Evangelism is an important, but often ignored, command that we as Christians have the privilege of doing In this course, students will learn how to articulate their testimony and share the good news of the gospel with others. We will create "colors of salvation" bracelets, learn the Romans Road and practice witnessing through role playing The Great Commission is for all Christians no matter where or how old. Let's, "Go Tell!"

Golf - Lower School Golf combines athletic skill development, hand-eye coordination, lessons in honesty, responsibility, courtesy, sportsmanship and perseverance. Coach Shelburne will help students to advance their skills and knowledge of the game of golf through drills, competition and fun! Players are recommended to bring their own clubs if they are in the Intermediate or Beginner classes. It is required for students to bring their own clubs for the Advanced class.

Royal Rising Stars - The Royal Rising Stars course will give your students the opportunity to see what it’s like to put on a stage production and to have their light shine bright on stage! They will master stage directions, blocking, and line memorization all while building confidence and having fun. Each class will include theater games, improv exercises and acting techniques. This course will culminate in a Royal Rising Stars Showcase at the end of Session 4, on May 16, 2025.

Spring Volleyball League
Our Lower School Volleyball League is back! We are excited to continue partnering with other local schools for the spring season.
