ART
RISE I look towards the sun glaring deviantly in the cosmos. I seek knowledge from a much richer land. I wonder what worlds wait out yonder Because Im restricted to my shoulder to hand. Towards the sky is where I look for my answers. And I think that I know whats out there. Do I venture to dare seek understanding? Or should I just stand there and stare. Oh what worlds may soon find their destruction. Worlds shatter and vacuum away. And the end may be upon majority, But not I, I will be here to stay. There are offers set out on the table. Beneficial and malicious the same. Do you accept that your end is upon you? Or play as a pawn in game?
I am a 22 year old creative writing major at Full Sail. Im Delaware raised but my home
will always be Florida. I make a hobby out of graphic design but my passion is found
within my writing. I have a message, and it's that everybody can and will be great. I try
and discretely relay that message in all of my work. There is something about grasping
people's attention, gauging their interests, and completely turning their perspective around that keeps me writing. I find

VOICE !
Q: What do you look for in aspiring models? It’s a package deal. Of course we look for industry standard when it comes to height and body type for certain areas such as runway/editorial. For importantly, I look for models and talent that are multi-faceted. It is not about being just a pretty face. This industry has changed with media advancement. Models have to know how to move and work all media including print, video, and web. Personality is another factor, I might see someone who may not have a “classic beauty” look but their walk or energy pulls you in. I want to see an individual who really wants this industry as a career path. I want them to be enthusiastic and professional.

Q: What can we expect to see come out of Posche Models?
TYLER MOLINARI Posche Models Agency Director/Owner
Tyler is no rookie to the industry and has helped a tremendous amount of talent reach their full potential. He does it all with integrity and quality.
I’m riding this crazy train like everyone else. I have a vision and people are either on or off. I don’t try to be like anyone else, I think all companies have their strengths and vision. For us, the plan is to continue our international expansion while maintaining the highest quality of representation and service we possibly can. I prefer to work with models and talent that take our time seriously, treat this industry with professionalism, even if it is not their main objective in life. I demand and expect a lot. It can be either a very short term relationship or long lasting. I like having small boards of trusted models that I can devote more time to and properly give them the information they need to succeed.
Q: You have been in this industry for quite

some time now, what piece of advise can
Posche Models: New York City
you give aspiring models? Q: How did you get involved with the modeling industry?
I was fortunate to have my Mother in the business. She was a model and later an agent, so I grew up in the industry. I started as a child, teen, and adult model/actor in the NYC/Tri State area working in print, commercials, TV, theater, fitness, and film. I became an agent around the age of twenty and fell in love with the business side of the industry. I was with that agency for eight years or so then relocated to South Florida where I was introduced to my business partner. Thirteen years later, here we are in South Florida, Orlando, New York (Fall 2014), Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila, Shenzhen, and Mumbai!
Twenty One years of booking talent, yikes! For one, be prepared. Do your research first on the industry and companies you are inquiring to. If you are calling the agency, have a pen on you so you can write down the information you asked for! You don’t need professional images to submit to an agency. It’s the opposite! I want to see raw images to know what you look like currently. An agency will direct you to the proper materials they need to get you booked. Also, training! One acting class does not make an actor. One picture does not make a model. There is a development period and learning process. There wasn’t a time in life I wasn’t in school, worked, and in some acting class or performing in community theater, a short film, anything to learn and grow. I find when I see a model working hard for THEIR career, I work harder for them.

Elisa brings 120% to everything she
does. Her energy and passion for life
and this industry motivates me to see
her go further and further. She is loyal to the agency (which is rare in this
industry) and takes the critique given to her and works to better herself. Since
coming into Miami, we have built up her portfolio, editorials, walking in Miami
Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, among others.

CREATE YOUR PATH:

Interview with ELIRAN NARGASSI Q: Tell us a bit of who you are and where you are from. My name is Eliran Nargassi, I am 29 years old menswear designer based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
I graduated from Shenkar's college of Engineering and Design on 2012.
After graduating I worked for some big Israeli commercial brands but after a short time I realized that I can express myself by designing for a
commercial brand, so I decided to start my own menswear brand, I
established Eliran Nargassi Menswear at the beginning of 2013, I released 3 collections so far that got a great feedback both from the local and international media.
!
Q: As a men's fashion designer where do you pull your inspiration from?
!
I mostly pull my inspiration from my personal life and my environment, as a son to a religious family that is now living a secular lifestyle, I am always
drawn to the conflicts and tension between religion and secularism. I also love the architecture that characterize Tel Aviv and Jerusalem since they are so different, my latest collection for SS14 was inspired by the
differences of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Tel Aviv is the Israeli symbol of

secularism while Jerusalem is a holy city for many religions.
Q: You are providing minimalistic, geometrical shapes
that we don't see in men's fashion much and we love it! How ddl you feel about the current men's fashion industry and how do you plan to impact it?
!
some kind of a "revival" in men's fashion around the world and it started to impact Israel as well.
I feel that the men's fashion industry is growing in the last years in a good and smart manner and it's getting much more attention in the last years then before.
I truly hope that this growth will continue since I think that most men don't
pay too much attention to their fashion and I really want to change that with

my designs.
