time. It’s the First Friday Art Walk in Gulfport again and Beach Boulevard South will be filled with creations ready to be brought home. The available pieces have been handpicked from a group of chosen artists. In addition, downtown boutiques and dining options will be alive for your shopping pleasure, but social distancing and mask mandates will be enforced. After months of quarantining, these hot rods are ready to re-emerge into the community, freshly waxed. Admission is free for admirers, and $15 for drivers. Raptor Fest! A Bird of Prey Seminar The second best thing for dinosaurlovers, Raptor Fest is one of Boyd Hill Nature Preserve’s most popular events, typically raising more than $10,000 in donations. This year, the Birds of Prey Program sinks its talons into an online format, and will hold presentations of the impressive birds virtually.
