HARDWARE ASSOCIATION IRELAND GOLF SOCIETY PRESIDENT’S PRIZE

The majestic Mount Wolseley in Tullow, Co. Carlow, hosted the Hardware Association Ireland Golf Society (HAIGS) President Tom Glancy’s Prize.

The course is a firm favourite with society members, offering them challenging golf within a manicured parkland terrain. Sponsored by Toolbank Ireland as usual, golfers enjoyed fantastic hospitality and great company with a fantastic array of prizes.

Class 1 Winner - Martin Rowe with Tony Gavagan, Toolbank Ireland. Overall Winner - William Wallace with HAIGS Captain Bob Boxwell.

Class 2 Winner - Paddy O’Leary with Tony Gavagan, Toolbank Ireland. 2nd Overall - Tim Lodge with Tony Gavagan, Toolbank Ireland.

Ladies Overall Winner - Breda Phelan with HAIGS Captain Bob Boxwell.

This was our first visit to Corrstown Golf Club, but surely not our last.

Home club of Hardware Association Ireland President, Michael O’Donohoe, this North County Dublin gem, with Dublin`s only island green, hosted members to a memorable day. Players had lovely weather conditions, a challenging 18 holes and excellent facilities complemented by friendly and professional golf and catering staff. Congratulations to all our winners and of course thanks to Crown Paints for their continued support which is very much appreciated.
