I, Turkey, Ozak-Yenigun-Ziylan is a leading development company which has been successful in winning an impressive five awards across two different projects. Büyükyali Istanbul is in a spectacular location on the coastline of the Marmara Sea and promises to become a highly sought-after residential quarter. The challenge of its masterplan was to design an exciting and sustainable place in which families, singles and young couples can live while enjoying all the benefits of one of the world’s most exhilarating cities. This scheme is being redeveloped around historical monuments which were built in the 19th century as part of the Ottoman military Campus. A ‘new urbanist’ living space was formed throughout the site as one neighbourhood with the existing historical buildings as its focal point. Natural and
warm materials such as wood and stone were used for the façades of the new buildings to keep them consistent with the original structures. All segments have maximum sea views and feature sub-neighbourhoods with gated communities and separate security for residents’ total peace of mind. One of Istanbul’s most exciting mixeduse developments, Büyükyali will offer an extensive range of components with residential, office, retail F&B and leisure functions. Newly added glass and steel structures were created without touching the original stone walls and respecting the feeling of airy emptiness of the original space whilst improving the contrast of the new and old materials. A challenge for the design team was to maximise the functionality of the buildings while retaining the original façade and character of the structure. New functions were

therefore designated for each building by the meticulous renovation of the indoor spaces. Büyükyali’s show home and apartment are both furnished by Fendi Casa with interiors based on Fendi design principles. They feature large living spaces throughout allowing for maximum privacy, particularly in the master bedroom suite. Here the bed has been positioned to enable its occupants to wake up each morning to a beautiful sea view. The room’s overall feeling of depth has also been enhanced by the use of mirrors on wall surfaces. Special care has been taken to place the entrance hall in an angular form to maximise the sea view which is presented as a painting on entering the property. Floor patterns and in other areas such as headboards have been inspired by the geometric patterns of products in the renowned Fendi brand. Timeless furniture has been selected while fixed indoor
architecture components include a specially designed parquet floor and unique bronze detailing applied on the tray ceilings in the living room and again in the master bedroom. Part of the atelier buildings’ historical nature is celebrated by being transformed into flexible, open plan lofts for combined home office and residence use. The resulting Büyükyali Loft Istanbul offers two-storey living and working spaces enriched with steel framed galleries accessed by modern, curvilinear steel stairs. Plain coloured and patterned materials have been selected to emphasise the original stone walls and wooden roof trusses. The hipped wooden roof that identifies the character of the mezzanine space is the architectural design’s main determinant helping to ensure that the lofts fulfil all requirements of 21st century living in a historical and industrial structure.

K C A is an established design studio based in Poland. The company’s award-winning project, Penthaus PK43, is in the historical Jewish district of Krakow, now a centre of cultural and social life. The apartment was designed for a young businessman who lives fast, is very pedantic and has a taste for raw materials and simple, elegant spaces. The building is constructed of steel and reinforced concrete which was cleaned and polished. Any imperfections of the concrete were exposed and turned into decorative elements and interspersed with smooth plaster surfaces. The entrance area has a black metal framed mirror reflecting the light coming from the hall and features a 300kg solid oak beam which is oiled and attached
to the wall with six steel anchors. These materials scroll throughout the apartment giving it a consistent character. Large windows in the living room allow views of the old historic district and plenty of natural light. Its raw spaces are insulated with soft furniture lines while oak shelves contain the library. The kitchen has been given an industrial look with black steel furniture, open shelves, table tops and a wall rebuilt from concrete blocks. The master bedroom has a wooden floor for warmth while the entire space around the bed features wood-lined walls and a spruce ceiling. This gives the comforting impression of being enclosed in a wooden shell. Black curtains then bring out the natural colour of the wood and emphasise its grains and texture.

Located in the picturesque village of Tagelswangen, Body Fit is a modern fitness studio that not only caters to the body but also to the soul with its welcoming wellness centre and spa. The client wished to appeal to its customers aesthetically and also practically, creating a contemporary design with a distinctive deluxe finish. The initial concept was inspired by the industrial look of the building, emphasising hard graft. But Martinuzzi Interiors also added high-quality materials, such as nubuck leather, smoked oak and granite stone to add a touch of sophistication.

Z an award-winning retail development by RFR Management and DC Values which is ideally located on Germany’s busiest shopping street, Zeil in Frankfurt/Main. For many years it has been a magnet for shoppers and tourists with a wide, traffic-free boulevard ideal for strolling at leisure and numerous seats positioned in the shade of trees located in the centre. Zeil is continually advancing towards retail needs of the future and now this new glass complex boasting around 15,000m² of space across seven stories is set to offer a completely new shopping experience in the heart of the city. The site was previously occupied by the well-known Zeilgalerie shopping centre which had undergone several changes since its inception in 1992. However, despite
these efforts and its excellent location, the building’s rather outdated internal structure failed to achieve either high sales or levels of occupancy. Vertical access on a narrow footprint with a long, spiralling route over six stories was characteristic of the shopping centre. Having taken over the project in 2013, RFR Management and DC Values aim was to establish the real estate as a high-end retail building and swiftly achieve full occupancy. The project developers decided on a radical change and ultimately demolished the building. This also involved a change in concept – away from the idea of a shopping centre to an open commercial building for three to four upmarket retailers with entrances of their own towards Zeil. The name change to Upper Zeil marks the new beginning and the transformation

It also creates successful points of architectural transition to the project’s direct retail neighbours. At the same time, Upper Zeil is recognisable as a building in its own right and preserves its own distinct identity. Its state-of-the-art, 45-metre wide glass façade resembles a giant display window rising up to the sky and offers fabulous views of Zeil from all levels. Rarely has a retail building been so airy, so suffused with light and so translucent. Visually, the seven stories are divided into four shop levels with improved interior spaces that are geared to the needs of modern retail.
The four individual stores have the feel of large drawers in an oversized, glass panelled cabinet. Spacious surfaces, high ceilings and an efficient and flexible division of space all create a wow factor effect throughout the interior. This also directs the customers’ focus straight to the products on offer while maximum daylight perfectly highlights the displays. Whereas luxury brands tend to be represented on Goethestrasse, Zeil is the place to be for popular brands and well-known chains, resulting in prime rents being achieved here. As early as 2016, long before the project’s planned commissioning in late 2018, all store space in Upper Zeil had been let to major, wellknown brands. The concept also quickly found favour with investors and was bought by the Austrian firm SIGNA Prime Selection.

The practice is led by John Eyers and Jean-Michel Jaspers and provides full architectural design, programming, urban design, master planning and graphic and interior design services for clients in both the public and private sectors. It wins for mixed-use architecture for Nike’s European logistics campus, which has a total area of over 195,000 square metres and is spread over 17.5 hectares. It is designed to move Nike’s products to distributors, retailers and online shoppers. The space is needed to house both industrial and storage quarters as well as include state-of-the-art offices. The project also had to consolidate a series of sites that were located in several cities across
Belgium and the Netherlands. This meant the centre would be the coordination hub for all logistical activities between 200 factories and 200,000 shipping addresses. Designed as a flagship for the Nike Group, the campus offers a wide variety of sustainable features, including the visually spectacular 1.3km-long green serpentine along the west facade. This provides 3,000m² of green façade which integrates useable space for staff. Design and construction elements that reduce the building’s energy consumption include smart lighting, hybrid cranes, 100 per cent renewable electricity and use of recycled materials. Upon completion of the twin building the Nike European Logictics Campus will even become energy positive, generating more energy than it consumes, and setting the standard for all future Nike developments.

Adeli’s award-winning renovation of Villa Dubochet 19 was a mammoth project combining respect for heritage, architecture and contemporary comfort. As part of a prestigious ensemble of late 19th century houses in Clarens, Montreux, the work involved expanding the living space and the addition of modern amenities and technology in line with a 21st century lifestyle. Due to the protected nature of the villa, the extension could only be carried out at
basement level but has created two beautiful additional bedrooms. The upper floor consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room and office, while the first floor is entirely devoted to the luxurious master suite. An existing attic has been made into a painting workshop with the basement area now containing service areas and amenities. These include a wine cellar, home theatre equipped with the latest technology and storage space. The lower ground floor now houses a state-of-the-art wellness area complete with a Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and other relaxation equipment. Throughout this project, the architectural identity of the building including its façades, roofs, openings and balconies has been scrupulously restored to its original character by Adeli.

This mixed-use development features lakefront restaurants, vibrant street shopping, roller coasters, water shows, an indoor family entertainment centre and artisan food hall. It also hosts all year-round special events for visitors both during the day and at night. The development’s master plan has evolved over the course of the design process to showcase three themed environments based on their own architectural style by TA/HA Architects. These are the Garden, the Harbour and the Town Centre with a total construction area of 150,000m². A gross leasable area of 45,000m² is balanced between retail shops and various
food and beverage outlets. The remaining leasable area is divided between an indoor entertainment venue that consists of cinemas and a performance hall as well as a large family entertainment centre. Tema Istanbul Bahce is an award-winning project consisting of 363 residential units which also forms part of Tema Istanbul. The main philosophy behind its design process was to increase landscaped areas and promote a welcoming environment for the residents to socialise via shared gardens, walkways and resting stations on a daily basis. Its 52,000m² site is on the banks of a valley and so car parks were hidden under its steep slope and taller apartment blocks were placed a particular distance from each other to create the feeling of openness on the ground level.

B I (JBI) is an architecture interior design practice offering a complete and holistic approach for its discerning clientele in the UK and beyond. The company, which is part of the Llama Group, has won awards for the two following interior design projects. Forest Cottage is in Alderley Edge, Cheshire amid several acres of gardens and grounds. Its owners commissioned JBI to reconfigure the property to maximise its everyday functionality. Working with its architects is vital in all JBI’s projects and the newly created main entrance was a key feature in linking the existing period cottage to a new modern entertainment building. A handmade, organic helical staircase leads up to the master suite, while a new kitchen/living area and
Sky-Frame extension provide a pivotal area for adjoining living spaces. This design has ultimately changed the way the clients live and use their home. Having grown considerably since its showroom opened in 2015, JBI needed larger premises. The Coach House opposite its existing showroom became available and so JBI converted it into a large studio and office space with a kitchen, toilets and a spacious reception area. Original archways were opened up and various original beams were also uncovered, restored and reinstated within the new design and layout. The design theme was complemented by the appointment of a number of high quality Italian furniture suppliers as well as exceptional artwork from a new artist in Lake Como.

Iggi has won numerous awards for its interior design projects, the latest of which is South Coast Residence. The client spends a lot of time windsurfing and so commissioned Iggi to create a fun family home right on the beach. Many of the rooms are therefore designed to maximise the views with no window treatments on those facing the ocean. The family loves colour and wanted this added into the home in an elegant way. Iggi designed a contemporary and warm family holiday home to suit the client’s brief.
The entrance with its bespoke spiral staircase was a major feature in the home and Iggi needed to ensure that this was highlighted. This was done by adding a mirror wall to reflect both the architectural sweep of the staircase and the curated artwork. On the ground floor the large open plan space comprises the kitchen and living room with its fun element of a stainless steel slide running from the games room upstairs. This luxurious room created especially for adults includes a pool table and bespoke designed bar and has spectacular views over the garden and beach. A balcony also allows adults to remain in contact with the children below via the double volume of the downstairs living space.

The company’s award-winning interior design project, Novotel Poznan Center, is the result of a closed competition held by Accor Hotels in 2016. On securing the commission, Tremend’s brief was to carry out a full refurbishment and modernisation of the late 1970’s hotel, formerly known as Hotel Orbis Poznan. This involved the common areas, conference centre, fitness zone and guest rooms. The design concept is a combination of two different brands with the main goal being to combine the simplicity of the economic segment with the modern elegance of mid-scale
Novotel. Working in close cooperation with the client, Tremend created a brand new concept called ‘Wise Café’. It features industrial details including open ceilings and visible installations forming a less formal, eclectic space. Setting standards for a modern, open lobby filled with the scent of freshly roasted coffee beans, it attracts both hotel guests and locals. The restaurant, ‘Winestone’, is ideally suited to all types of wine and dine activities. Its minimalistic décor, along with the use of natural materials such as stone and wood, guarantees comfort and a casual atmosphere. By combining clear, simple elements with vibrant colours, Tremend’s overall design concept has created cosy spaces for multibrand hotel guests.

A V is one of the most reputable architectural companies in central Europe with over 300 developed projects around the globe. AV Center Apartment in Croatia is Ante Vrban’s award-winning interior design project and also his own private home. As he was in no great rush to complete it, Ante tested a lot of new technology and materials before deciding on what to incorporate in the design. Having spent part of his childhood on the coast and sailing with his grandfather, Ante wanted the apartment’s floor to resemble the deck of a yacht by way of a tribute. He contacted a company specialising in yacht decks and explained that he wanted the floors made with white oak and dilatations from caoutchouc rubber.
This proved quite a challenge as it had never been done before and the rubber had to be inserted between the wood boards under pressure at high temperature. This meant that the wood had to be cut and installed most precisely to ensure that the lines were super straight. After three days the rubber was trimmed with special knives to avoid damage to the wood. The apartment is fully energy efficient and sound-proofed by three layers of insulation under the deck. Heated floors in the bathroom, kitchen and lobby are made of huge slabs of onyx marble, while all decorative walls and doors are exact replicas of the apartment’s originals. Ante’s signature, which is present in all his projects, features mirror stripes as a reflective sculpture on the living room wall.

It also contains archived documents and more than 400,000 historical photographs. The exhibition hall plays an important role in representing the value of the collections, not just the scale of them. NK A I is a highly regarded design studio based in Limassol, Cyprus. Working in collaboration with Yiannos Anastassiou architects and designers, the company has created an award-winning office interior for ARIS, a joint venture of Deloitte and the Bank of Cyprus. The acronym ARIS means ‘A Really Inspiring Space’ and was taken from the client brief. The project needed to generate a stimulating, creative environment, where aspiring entrepreneurs and businesspeople would be able to come together, collaborate and imagine ground-breaking ideas, products or services, which would then develop into thriving companies. The space was designed to have an industrial aesthetic and hard-working
feeling, creating a sense of a place where ideas could be taken as raw materials and refined and built into practical solutions. But it also needed to conjure an informal atmosphere to inspire fresh ideas and forward thinking. The allotted space had an irregular shape with many obtuse angles. So, in the spirit of supporting small and medium enterprises, furniture, fixtures and fittings were all designed exclusively for this project, with everything manufactured by local craftsmen. The area required both breakout and individual workspaces, more formal meeting rooms and relaxation areas where creativity could flow. The client management team also required a private, secure and confidential area from which to manage each project and oversee its progress.

Profbud’s award-winning residential development, Awangarda Estate, is in the historic Fort Bem area of Warsaw. The remains of military warehouses and fortifications discreetly show through the surrounding park’s vegetation and so its cultural value had to be protected. Therefore, Profbud has applied the most modern architectural, technological and ecological solutions in order to harmonise the estate with its surroundings while also ensuring that it maintains its own character.
Awangarda’s total usable area is 13,000m² which provides an ideal living space for 149 families with exacting demands. The length and height of the front facing façades maintains an intimate, low-key character for the estate. Taller buildings are then placed an appropriate distance apart so that none of them dominate the space. The greatest challenge was to locate the underground garages and all technical and service spaces on the -1 level, forming one of the project’s main architectural concepts – the ‘moat’. Furthermore, Profbud improved the infrastructure of the Fort area by connecting water, electricity and sewage utilities to its structures. The result is a beautiful apartment complex for residents which has also rejuvenated and complemented the historic Fort Bem area.

Private Residence in Igora near St Petersburg is a three-storey, timber-built house for a family of four. Its interior design solution combines the finest materials with harmonious shapes and a highly practical layout. Organically worked into a naturally sloping bank in a ski resort, the internal space of the house is light, uncluttered and spacious, giving a perfect country residence

ambience. The overall colour scheme is based around various shades of light grey combined with accents of bright colour. Daria added a basement to the original design which allowed for a luxurious spa zone enclosed by panoramic glazing. Apartment on Ryleeva Street is in a historic, five-storey building in the heart of St Petersburg. It belongs to a young couple who love eclecticism and a symbiosis of classical and contemporary solutions. Therefore, Daria’s interior design synthesises the apartment’s northern reticence and historic 19th century period features with a gloriously rich colour palette and collectible artworks. The British-American Tobacco Headquarters in Turkey commissioned it to design ‘a social office’ – one that would inspire social interaction and flexibility rather than adhere to a sense of traditional hierarchy and monotonous seatingplan uniformity. It consists of two floors with a total area of 4,500m², connected by a functional and modern staircase located on the atrium created between floors. Bakırküre Architects has created a modern, timeless design that responds to contemporary needs. It has used natural lighting, textures and materials, such as glass, marble and wood.
This directly comes with the ‘wellness’ motto in the office. It effects positively both the health and psychology of employees. The design also combines multifunctional spaces for both formal meetings and recreation activities. The design approach emphasises four Cs: collaboration, concentration, communication and chilling out. To reflect the young and dynamic identity of the staff, varied colours, graphic design and visual communication messages have also been included. Its design motto was based on the idea of an activity-based working system, which would offer employees options and freedom of choosing for where and how they worked. This gives a choice of settings and configurations of furniture appropriate for various tasks. Instead of a uniform, set working arrangement, differentiated working options have been applied as well as pop-up meeting units and coffee break areas.

It wins an award for a residential interior of a private residence in the grade II listed building, the Sacred Heart of Mary. Now converted into nine properties, the building was a former convent built in the 1790s. The clients had the vision to bring the property
back to life and emphasise its original classical features. Bespoke-designed Italian furniture has been used throughout. Other features include: the historic character of the ornate fireplace in the lobby and impressive entrance hall paved with black and white marble and lined with carved oak panelling. Bespoke buttoned grand chairs made by specialist upholsters in the UK and a custom-made sideboard. The dining room with floor-to-ceiling antique mirrored walls and opulent navy velvet upholstery and majestic gold lights. The sumptuous feel of the master bedroom, with smoked glass either side of the padded headboard. And the angelic vintage mural in the en suite of the second bedroom, which adds an ethereal touch.

From the initial design concept through to construction of the finished product, it maximises the value of properties while introducing innovative architecture and high-quality interior design. Morar House is located close to the world-renowned Loch Lomond. All Saints Living was granted planning permission to build 12 apartments and three new-build detached properties within the grounds of the estate. The manor house had previously fallen into disrepair. The team spent months carefully redesigning each of the properties
to create homes with space, adaptable layouts and contemporary living. Great care was also taken to be sympathetic to the original features of the building. Externally, the mansion was restored using existing stone, hand cut by on-site masons. The Walled Gardens Gosforth development is an £11 million project delivering contemporary and executive homes in a unique setting within the grounds of Newcastle Racecourse. The northern walled garden contains eight, four-bedroom semi-detached properties that are designed to a contemporary finish, with large south-facing windows to maximise natural light. The southern walled garden contains a further six, five-bedroom semi-detached properties. These properties are finished in a more traditional style in order to complement the surrounding dwellings.

The company is currently working on a range of prestigious projects including hotels in Izmir, Istanbul and Cyprus and a sustainable senior living project in Seferihisar. Their two winning projects were developed on behalf of Folkart Yapi. Folkart Blu is located in an area of natural beauty in the pasalimanı district and in one of the best bays of Cesme Peninsula. It offers uninterrupted sea views for each of the 40 rooms, 18 suites and 12 special units. The award-winning design is based on an interpretation of the idea of a courtyard house, blending in with the regional architecture.
Dilekci aimed to create a striking interior and exterior environment with simple and natural material choices that enhance the architectural power of the building. For example, the façade is finished in local marble and terraced decks are made from thermowood iroko tree. Folkart Hills is both a hotel and living residence. It offers 62 apartments and suites, a gym, spa, outdoor infinity pool, indoor swimming pool, cafe and parking. The main inspiration for the design of the building is the local geography – a hilly landscape and local harbour. There is an ondugreen roof system to help protect the environment. And to maximise sea views, homes are placed on different levels so each has its own private garden.

Nemetvolgyi Residence is an award-winning example in one of Budapest’s most prestigious green areas. A residential estate of villas, it incorporates three buildings and 41 apartments surrounded by primeval trees. The unique characters of the façades feature varying planes and re-stepping masses, supplemented by different coloured glass panels on each building. The main objective was to realise a type of ‘garden house’ concept. This was achieved by providing gardens to ground level apartments and large terraces to upper units. Combined with the surrounding park, they give residents the feeling of a family home with a garden.
Biggeorge Property has also won an award for development marketing. The goal was to find the potential audience for the prestige project Emerald Residence in the most highly targeted manner. The positioning of this highend project was paramount and so all types of communication relating to it reflected the same exclusivity. Consequently, a few unconventional marketing methods were used as well as cutting-edge presentation techniques using virtual reality and miniaturised scale models of the apartments. Initially, only minor details about the development were revealed to prospective buyers in a type of ‘teaser’ campaign. The strategy disclosed information about the project gradually, creating interest and anticipation in the relevant group and maintaining an air of exclusivity.

Since its inception the practice has won multiple awards and international competitions and has established itself as one of the region’s most successful offices. The company is well known for its expertise in masterplanning and mixed-use schemes and its dedication to sustainable principles. The company’s award-winning mixeduse development Kamenitza Park is on the site of the former Kamenitza Brewery in Bulgaria. Within a neighbourhood of approximately 35,000m², the project is located across five separate properties. It includes the construction of a beer museum, office buildings, residential buildings, a sports centre, park environment and a hotel. One of the main client requirements was to create a mixed-use complex which would
provide all the necessary services for high-end residential buildings and offices. Incorporating a park space within the boundary of the plots was also vital for creating sustainable environment, unifying all the different functions and solving the newly developed pedestrian connections. The residential areas were to cover a wide range of different types of apartments. The southern part of the development was to include low and high-rise residential buildings featuring spacious and higher-end properties while the northern area was to include low residential buildings with more compact and affordable units. The main benchmarks in designing the architectural framework of the project were realising the complex symbiosis between old and new. This has resulted in a smooth transition from classical design to modern vision and the integration of 21st century definitions of comfortable living.

UXURIA D R in Bucharest, Romania is an awardwinning project by Impact Developer & Contractor with architecture by Vlad Simionescu & Asociatii Arhitecti. It consists of nine buildings with 630 residential units, 763 parking spaces and bomb shelters for 1,300 people (as required by law). The residential complex is located in Domenii, well-rated area in full expansion, that will soon become the new business centre of Bucharest, where more than 17,000 people are going to have their offices in the next two years. The design process proved to be a complex puzzle where each piece had to fall efficiently and gracefully in place. This was to ensure optimum views, orientation, common spaces, parking layout and green area. An overall sense
of elegance was infused by the design of the gardens and entrance lobbies. Multi-coloured and fragrant, LUXURIA Park will include 10 thematic gardens for residents to enjoy throughout the different seasons. Inside, the apartments are enhanced by a slightly higher than usual floor to ceiling height, large, high windows and select finishes of natural wood parquet and white marble. The layout of the apartment is the result of careful planning to incorporate the best of comfort in terms of quality of living, ease and flexibility of furnishing, generous natural light and natural ventilation to all rooms. Most of the units have a clear differentiation of night and day zones, with enclosed kitchens featuring good natural ventilation. The design also presents options for furnishing to suit the lifestyle of future tenants.

I in 1997, M-Ofis Architects has created both the architectural and interior designs of many buildings in Turkey and abroad. These include offices, hotels, residences, educational, industrial and cultural buildings. The company’s award-winning interior design project, Turkiye Finans Participation Bank (TFPB) Headquarters, is located in Umraniye, Istanbul. The project’s initial design concept derived from the TFPB brand motto ‘Surplus value instead of consumption’. The conjectural power that is generated in the centre by different forces moving through four directions of the brand logo is symbolised by a rhombus. This threedimensional element was used in consequence as brand identity in the interiors design. For
example, the vertical core of the building is surrounded by hidden cabinets at the open office floor levels for future archival storage and rhombus-shaped wall lighting elements have been integrated into these cabinet systems. The corporate identity of the company was also emphasised through specially designed light columns surrounded by red seating units. Red linear lighting in the ceilings also reflects TFPB’s identity and gives directionality to visitors. Singular trees with red leaves have been placed into social interaction areas of the galleries to mimic Istanbul’s autumn and these are emphasised with dramatic lighting which is seen from the perimeter of the building at night, making the building form a distinctive and attractive landmark.

K an awardwinning architect and designer who has distinguished herself and her work by taking a client-centric approach in every project she undertakes. A pioneer in the design and implementation of unique development projects in Russia’s deluxe segment, Marina has mastered different styles and has an almost unlimited design range. Les Parcs de Mougins Chateau is a stunning residence in Mougins, a charming, mediaeval village on the Cote d’Azur in France. The project’s site is located in a remote area among private country houses. The two-storey house also includes a semi-basement with an indoor swimming pool and spa zone. It also features a large reception hall and a spacious games room for children.
The second floor has a cosy guest area on the terrace which can also be used for various musical entertainment. Outside there is an additional swimming pool, an inner courtyard, a covered gazebo with separate kitchen and guest area, a garage, guest’s parking space and grounds with a wonderful landscape design. The inspiration for the property’s symmetrical architectural design has come from the hierarchy of noble entrances and secondary spaces, with some decorative details taken from French and Italian architectural history. The clients requested simple classical forms as a main style for the building together with a lighter form of design for the second floor and its terrace. All this harmoniously coexists in a mix of styles and results in a truly elegant residence.
