We do a celebration on the day of and then have a party on another day. I make sure to let my kids pick whatever they want to do on their day. It’s a new tradition we started and the kids love it! Pregnant women should be consuming between 2,200 and 2,900 calories a day, gradually increasing the caloric intake as the baby grows. This should include at least the following servings in a day: • • • • • •

Two calcium-rich foods Five vegetables Three fruit Six grains Two extra-lean meats and legumes At least five servings of water

Nursing moms should be taking in 2,200-2,700 calories a day, if you are nursing twins increase to 3,200 and for triplets consume closer to 3,700 calories a day. While nursing, it’s recommended to consume, at a minimum, these servings of the following: • • • • • •

3-4 calcium-rich foods 6 vegetables 4 fruit 3 extra-lean meats and legumes 9 grains At least eight servings of water

Your body needs protein, carbohydrates, and fats for energy. Great ingredients to include in your postpartum diet are: greens, yams, squash, carrots, beets, seaweed, lentils, raw almond butter, raw nuts and seeds, whole grains, and healthy fats.

These are important topics to put some thought and preparation into. There are some general nutritional guidelines to consider and there are many ways a family can prepare for these times.

Things to limit or avoid are citrus fruits, too many dairy products, peanuts, beef, raw garlic, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, potatoes, wheat/gluten, refined soy products, caffeine and chocolate. Meal planning, including preparing freezer meals in advance, can significantly reduce a family’s stress about eating while mom is recovering. There are many wonderful websites that have endless recipes for you to try. Meal trains are also invaluable. Make a plan and share it with a few friends and family. They will prepare the meals you ask for and you will get to enjoy food that was lovingly prepared just for you by friends and family. There are online services that deliver food via postal carriers; the catch there is that someone would then need to prepare the food. There also are delivery services in the area to help your family in the postpartum period by delivering wholesome, nutritional meals directly to your door. n

Don’t Forget about Mom at the Baby Shower!

Baby showers are such a fun time! Thinking about that new bundle of joy soon to grace the family brings forth a whole slew of emotion. Usually it’s your family, close friends or co-workers who invite you to these showers, and it’s customary to buy things on the registry that the family needs, like: diapers, a baby swing, blankets, and of course the best – baby clothes! Surely these are the cutest, most fun things to buy for showers, and everyone loves seeing baby in adorable sun dresses, or little tiny overalls...but what about Mom? This amazing woman has gone through the most complete, life-changing experience physically possible for a human to undergo. Her body went through many changes: nausea and heartburn, many sleepless nights, swollen and sore breasts, and now labor. More often than not, mom is the last person that is considered during a baby shower. It’s all about baby, right? Surely, but mom definitely needs some pampering and attention as well. Here are

Communicating with Childcare Providers

It’s nothing new to hear technology is constantly changing. It’s changing the way we do business and the way we interact with each other, and childcare is no exception. For years, childcare providers have utilized various forms of technology to communicate with families. From email and websites to Facebook and text messaging, there is no shortage of options to connect digitally. As the family landscape has shifted from multi-children households to largely nuclear families with fewer children, parents and teachers have come to expect more from their interactions. Communication fosters better understanding and collaboration between the classroom and home to make education a wholesome experience for the child, and research shows increased parent participation is a critical influence on student success. With increased pressure to provide high-quality experiences tied to curriculum-based outcomes in early childhood education, teachers often find themselves with an increasing amount of administrative paperwork, cutting into valuable time spent with children… but technology is changing that. Enter the season of the app. With the vast majority of the population now carrying smartphone devices,

instant communication has become an expectation. Apps like, HiMama! allow teachers to interact with parents quickly and easily throughout the day by sharing pictures, eating schedules, nap time data, reminders and learning objectives. Parents are more connected to what their child is doing throughout the day than ever before, but face-to-face communication is still important. In fact, case studies have shown the increased communication via mobile apps leads to increased face-to-face communication as well. Apps give parents talking points to interact more with teachers during drop-off and pick-up, and parents also report feeling more connected to the education their child is receiving. This communication is especially pronounced in the early childhood years when children cannot yet verbalize what they learned at school that day. When parents have received visual and explanationdriven data about their child’s day, continuing those concepts at home becomes seamless and results in a rich experience for children and families alike. n

How to Nurture Learning with Play Children absorb knowledge from the world around them at a very fast rate. Everything is brand new so your child is always learning, especially when they’re exploring. Play is how babies first learn about their surroundings, so it’s easy to keep it simple and promote development, even without fancy toys. Here are some playful ways to help your little one learn and grow. Enjoy tummy time. This gives her a chance to see the world from a new perspective. Making tummy time into playtime will encourage your baby’s development. While she’s spending a few minutes (at first) in this position you can use soft toys that shake or make noise to get her attention, encouraging her to try to lift her head toward the sound. Get down on the floor and talk to her at her eye level. As her neck and arm muscles get stronger she will be able to hold herself up to look at more things. Chat and sing. Use different inflections in your voice and watch how your baby reacts. Soon he will start to respond to you with cooing, gurgling and

simple inflections. Mimicking those sounds back to your baby will encourage more interaction and bonding. Singing will help your baby develop language and rhythm skills. It can soothe your child as he is comforted by the sound of your voice. If there is a particular lullaby your baby is used to, that can be helpful to calm him during fussy times.

Make expressions. Your baby loves seeing your face. Experiment to see how many different reactions you can get from making different faces in front of her. Babies will instinctively try to copy emotions that are modeled for them – so a beaming smile should have your baby grinning back at you.

DIY Gift Card Holder Everyone loves a gift card! Either receiving one for a guiltfree shopping experience or when you run out of time to purchase a gift for someone, a gift card is always a great option! Here is an easy, adorable gift card holder to create for a child’s birthday! Since it’s so easy to create, stock up and create a few extra for upcoming birthdays! 1. F irst, grab your envelope. I used my envelope as a guide of how I should cut my paper. To fit a standard white business envelope 3 5/8 in. x 6 1/2 in., I cut my paper 9 ½ in. x 3 1/2 in. 2. F old bottom of paper 3 inches down. 3 Cut out a piece of white paper the same length as the width of fold. Then, cut a zig-zag on one side of paper to create teeth. 4. Solving Reading Difficulties Over the Summer

While many of you might be excited that the summer will provide a much needed break from homework battles, the summer is often a great time to help struggling readers. Parents often mistakenly assume when a child struggles with reading comprehension, it couldn’t possibly be due to a vision problem. Typically, this is because the child can actually read the text out loud. It may not be read perfectly, but it seems obvious that they have “no problem” seeing the actual letters on the page.

The type of vision problems that interfere with reading and learning are intermittent, which means they are not all the time. Children can read for about 5 minutes or so, but then can’t remember what was read, even though they read it out loud moments ago. Words can move around on the page, double up at first and then look single. While it can be very challenging

to read when this happens, one can still read – it’s comprehension and fluency that suffer.

If you can take some time to observe your child when he or she is reading you may find some clues as to what may be wrong. The five most common signs a vision problem may be interfering with your student’s academic success are:

• Poor reading comprehension • Reading assignments take longer than they should • Reverses letters like “b” into “d” when reading • Short attention span with reading & schoolwork

When a student struggles with reading and learning, it’s important to first rule out the possibility of an eye coordination or eye movement problem. Most vision screenings in school and even at the pediatrician’s office do not test for these visual skills. Vision screenings typically test for how clearly one can see the letters on the eye chart (“20/20”), which is only 1 of 17 visual skills required for reading and learning.

• Skips lines, re-reads lines

If your child has any of the above symptoms, he or she may have a fully correctable vision problem. Please don’t assume because your child passed their last vision screening that your child does not have a vision problem. 10 Ways to Save on Birthday Parties

1. M ake your own invitations and thank you notes. This can be done with a printer at home or by hand. All you will need is paper, markers and a little creativity.

2. Think outside the box. There are ways to create fun decorations out of what you already have. Try displaying photos/collages of the birthday girl or boy on a wall, arranging cupcakes in such a way that they display the child’s age on the table, or writing fun birthday messages on any already existing chalk or whiteboards in the home.

3. D IY treats. Make your own cake, cupcakes, donuts, or cookies and have the kids decorate their own.

4. I ncorporate simple activities. In place of any paid entertainment, incorporate a simple activity into your party – kids can create their own pizza, do a craft, make canvas artwork, or design party hats!

5. C hoose a mid-afternoon party. If providing a meal is not within your budget, plan to have your party between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

6. Do a search for DIY party decorations online. There are many bloggers that have free printouts for invitations, personalized signs, theme-related food display labels and more!

7. Reusable decorations. For home parties, purchase one or two tablecloths and monogramed or personalized decor that can be reused throughout the years.

8. Weeknight celebrations can be more affordable. For any party away from home, make reservations for an evening during the workweek. Companies will often offer you a significant discount if the party does not take place on a weekend.

9. Limit the options for drinks and food at the party. This is an area where it is easy to go overboard! Make your own party punch, chop your own veggies and cheese, and offer only 1–2 additional snacks.

It’s that time of year, when the days are getting longer and warmer. Although there is definitely a hint of spring in the air, we unfortunately still have to wait a little while before we can start to plant a real garden. So until then, this interactive paper garden is a fun alternative! Supplies: 2 paper plates Construction paper Glue/tape Scissors Blue and brown paint Paint brush Stapler (optional, but comes in handy!)

3. A ttach the half brown plate to the blue plate, creating a pocket. You could use tape or glue for this, but a stapler makes this quick and easy! 4 Fold a half piece of green paper like a fan. Cut several slits on one of the ends. Unfold and now have your grass! Glue onto the blue plate.

1. P aint one plate blue and the backside of another plate brown. You only need half of the brown plate so don’t worry about painting the whole thing.

5 C ut a brown piece of construction paper into several small strips. Crinkle them up to use as dirt filler in your garden.

Keeping Connections with Your Kids

When we think of providing the basic needs for our children, we generally think of food, shelter and clothing. It’s also important to remember basic psychological needs. Kids need to feel loved and valued for who they are. They need to experience a consistent sense of physical and emotional safety. They also need to feel a sense of belonging and connection within their families and social circles. Our children navigate a variety of settings every day – as family members, students and friends. Better Bargain:

School Lunches or Home Made? Let’s talk school lunches. Every year I have intentions of making school lunches five days a week. After the first week, I end up putting money on their school lunch account and there go my dreams of healthy lunches for my kids. It’s convenient. It’s cost-effective. My time is worth more, or so I thought. A few days ago, all three of my older kids were home from school on a break. I decided we were going to make a menu, meal prep and compare the cost of a month’s worth of school lunches versus a month of sack lunches. This may not be to the penny, but I do think it’s close enough to make my argument. We came up with seven main protein dishes to rotate, fresh veggie/fruit options, as well as a carb and a treat. Next we assembled all the food for this week’s menu and assigned bins in the fridge for school lunch only. The kids’ job will be to pack their lunch every day from the lunch bins. After school they unpack their lunch bags and re-pack for the next day.

Now, show me the money! I looked up this past January’s charges and my kids spent $350 on school lunch! THREE KIDS! On food I wouldn’t buy and put in my house. I thought my lunches would cost more, but at least they are getting fresh food and some nutrition. Yet, that wasn’t enough for me: I want to know how much it is going to cost me to feed my kids for a month. I went on a local grocery store’s online shopping, and I calculated a week’s worth of groceries, for just the food they will be taking in a school lunch. Came out to be $70 a week! That is on average about $280 a month! Sold! It was pretty easy and fun! Kids were involved and we have a goal! Every week we hit an “all school lunch week,” we will get a special treat! n

Mommy Gets Fit 2018 Update

1. How is your journey going? My journey has been going very well. Has it been easy all the time? No, but I have stayed focused and dedicated to get to my end result. I have grown an appreciation and love for working out. I look forward to that time of day that I get to work on myself.

2. What has been your biggest lesson learned so far? The biggest lesson that I have learned is losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is long term. It does not end for me after Mommy Gets Fit. It is forever! I now know that it may take a while to reach some of my goals and that is ok! I just have to stick with it!

3. What type of progress are you seeing in yourself? I am seeing so many changes! In my choices, body and the way I feel. There may be areas/goals I have not reached yet, but others I have smashed out of the ballpark. Again, I have always had the mindset of a quick fix. I’m realizing I must keep this up forever and if it means slow and steady I am ok with that. Each week I see a change and I am excited! Even if it’s a small change, it is a step towards a healthier me.

4. What has been the biggest challenge? I think getting over what others think. This has always been a challenge for me. The biggest fear I

have through this whole challenge is what are others going to think about me. Are they going to think I lost enough weight? Do I look stronger? I have come to realize it’s not all about what others think. I hope people realize it’s not an easy fix. It took me a long time to realize that. There so many other goals that I have achieved on top of losing the weight and looking better. Things like getting three perfect workouts at KoKo FitClub. I wanted to achieve this goal by the end of April and I did it by the beginning of March! I could not believe it! We need to celebrate these small successes too.

5. How are you feeling overall? I feel great! I have way more energy than before starting this journey. I hardly had enough energy to get through all the nightly routines with the kids. Now, I can keep up with no problem! I’m starting to gain confidence in myself. Confidence in the way I feel and look. I am loving the way I feel. This is what drives me to continue. The way I feel! n

About Pesticide Residues on Produce Pesticide residues on your food can be a scary thought. Maybe the topic crossed your mind while making dinner or as you shopped the produce aisle in your grocery store. Pesticides are used to protect crops as they grow, but do they remain on plants after they leave the field? And, more importantly, should you worry about feeding your family those crops? The truth is crop protection products like herbicides and pesticides must meet safety standards before they can be used in the field. The farmers who use them are required to attend educational classes and become certified so they apply them in the right amount, at the right time and only when needed. They use precision technology to make sure their application is accurate. After all, they feed their families the same foods you do and want to make sure they’re safe for everyone. So what is the right amount? Well that depends on the crop, product and pest problem, but the average farmer applies only about a coffee cup’s worth of pesticides per acre of crops. An acre is approximately the same size as a football field. Most of the spray that goes on the field is water. Any pesticide residues that may remain on plants in the field decrease considerably as crops are harvested, transported and exposed to light. By the time food reaches the grocery store, it has gone through testing with the USDA to ensure it meets requirements set by the Environmental Protection Agency

(EPA) and is safe to eat. Pesticide residues allowed on produce are so small they’re measured in parts per billion. In fact, the average child could consume 7,240 servings of carrots in one day without any effect, even if the carrots have the highest pesticide residue allowed by USDA. Most fresh fruits and vegetables test below the threshold levels set by EPA, so you shouldn’t be worried about their safety. The best way to protect your family from unwanted residue, dirt or surface microbes is simply washing all fruits and vegetables before serving. This is also true for foods grown organically. Rinsing fruits and veggies is an easy task. For most foods, a quick water rinse should do the job. Thick-skinned produce such as carrots, potatoes

and squash should be scrubbed. With leafy greens, toss the outer leaves. You can also create your own produce wash by mixing one tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar with two cups of water in a spray bottle. Caramel Pear CHEESECAKE

Ingredients • 1 ½ cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs • 3 tablespoons sugar • 1/3 cup butter, melted • 3 pears, sliced • Caramel sauce for drizzle • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened • 1 cup sugar • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 4 eggs • Chocolate sauce for drizzle • 1/4 cup toffee, crushed

3. Place a layer of sliced pears on top of crust. Drizzle with caramel.

1. Heat oven to 325 degrees

4. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed. Pour mixture over crust.

2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press mixture onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

5. Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Turn oven off and do not open door. Let sit in warm oven for roughly 45 minutes - 1 hour.

6. Take out of oven. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool on counter for 30 minutes then remove rim of springform pan. 7. Refrigerate cheesecake for four hours. 8. Directions

• 2 pounds carrots, cleaned and trimmed • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil • 2 tablespoons honey • 4 tablespoons tahini sauce • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed • 1 teaspoon soy sauce • 1 teaspoon honey • 1 small garlic clove, minced • 2 tablespoons water • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Toss carrots with oil and honey, arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in oven until tender, about 20-30 minutes, making sure to turn carrots once. 3. Mix tahini, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic and enough water to get the sauce to desired consistency. 4. Drizzle tahini sauce on top of roasted carrots. Sprinkle with pistachios and parsley and enjoy!

Maple Marshmallow MASH-UP BARS Ingredients

Maple cream cheese layer • 6 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature • 1/4 cup butter softened (do not substitute margarine) • 1/2 cup sugar • 1 egg, room temperature • 2 tbsp flour • 3/4 tsp maple extract • 3/4 cup butterscotch chips • 3 cups miniature marshmallows Frosting • 1/4 cup butter • 2 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature • 1 1-oz square unsweetened chocolate • 2 tbsp milk • 3 cups powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, melted chocolate, and vanilla. Mix well on medium speed. 3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Gently stir into chocolate mixture. Fold in pecans.

4. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan and spread evenly. 5. In a small mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. 6. Add softened butter and beat until well combined. 7. Beat in sugar, egg, flour and maple extract until creamy. Spread evenly over chocolate layer. 8. Sprinkle butterscotch chips over cream cheese layer. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Edges will begin to pull away from the sides of the pan but it will not look done. Do not overbake or the brownie layer will be dry. 10. Remove pan from oven.

13. Gently spread the marshmallows over layer of butterscotch chips. Cool on a wire rack. 14. I n a small saucepan over low heat, cook and stir butter, cream cheese, unsweetened chocolate and milk. 15. Slowly melt and stir until smooth. 16. Pour into a large mixing bowl. 17. Add one cup of powdered sugar at a time, beating after each cup. Beat in vanilla. 18. Add a tablespoon or two of milk if needed for desired spreading consistency. 19. S pread over cooled bars. Store in the refrigerator.

Mattress Giveaway For our second annual Must Sleep! Mattress Giveaway, we partnered with Beds by Design in Sioux Falls. As busy families, we all know how important it is to get a good quality nights sleep. Beds by Design has locations in Sioux Falls and Fargo. Chad Yde, owner of Beds by Design says he was excited about the opportunity to partner with The ‘Hood Magazine for this mattress giveaway to help make a difference in the lives of local families. “We are proud of the work we do here at Beds by Design,” said Yde. “However, we are even more proud to be able to give back to the community. When The ‘Hood Magazine approached us about partnering on a mattress giveaway, we were all in. But we couldn’t just do one, we decided to do six.”

Mattress Giveaway The Worthley Family Nicole, Spencer (7), Collin (5.5), and Norah (almost 4) Nicole Worthley is a single mom of three and lives in Sioux Falls. Nicole works hard to support her family and says she’s honored to a recipient of a new mattress from Beds by Design. “This is the first time in my life that I can recall that I will have a new mattress,” said Nicole. “Every mattress I’ve ever called my own has come from years of use by previous owners. As a single mom of three little ones for the past few years now, I would never imagine myself owning a mattress that was new. I’m really excited to upgrade, and can’t wait to snuggle my kiddos on Saturday mornings, or sneak in a few naps.”

The Worthley Family Nicole and her children were temporarily homeless in 2014. Since then Nicole worked her way through transitional housing and now has an apartment for her family. This new mattress is something she doesn’t take for granted. When she was notified that she was a recipient, she was filled with excitement. “Initially, I was stunned and in disbelief,” said Nicole. “After I read my email a couple times and let it sink in, I sent the news to my sister in excitement. I entered the contest never really thinking I would be chosen as a winner.” Nicole describes her family as fun loving and thriving and she says this new mattress is going to make a huge difference in her life. “Thank you so much, Beds by Design, for sponsoring this giveaway, and allowing me to have a simple luxury I would not be able to justify any time in the foreseeable future,” said Nicole. “I feel spoiled and so greatly blessed!”

with a rare brain cancer in 2013. The family travels to Memphis every six months for check-ups. When they’re at home, their one-year-old, Hudson, sleeps in their bed with them. They’re excited about what this means for their family. “We are so excited to have a quality mattress to rest on,” said Marilyn. “It means a sound night’s sleep and that we get something that is just for us.”

The Whitney Family

The Whitney family was shocked and excited hearing the news about their new mattress. As a family of seven, life is busy and costs quickly add up. They say this couldn’t have come at a better time. “My husband and I both work full time away from home,” said Marilyn. “We do not get any type of assistance. We have a dog and two lizards. We work really hard to provide our kids with a good life.”

Curtis and Michelle have three children who are always thankful for what they have and that includes just having a place to sleep. “It is a huge blessing to receive a new mattress,” said Michelle. “We have had our mattress for over 12 years.” They say they were also shocked learning they were the recipients of the new mattress. “I was astonished and amazed that I won,” said Michelle. “I hardly ever win anything, but this is going to make a huge difference for us.” Michelle describes her family as one that loves each other and makes sacrifices for each other. “We are happy with what we have and are always thankful for new things,” said Michelle. She says this new mattress couldn’t be coming at a better time and she’s forever thankful. “Thank you to Beds by Design,” said Michelle. “By doing this giveaway, you are giving families a reassurance that when life gets tough to just keep treading on and never give up hope.”

The Scheff family from Montrose has been on a medical journey for the past eight years. “Both boys are missing three genes that have many side effects including visual impairments, trouble breathing, heart and kidney issues and so on,” said Jennifer.

As caretakers to their children, sleep is important for Justin and Jennifer. “Our boys see 23 specialists in South Dakota, Minnesota and Pennsylvania,” said Jennifer. “Our Faith keeps us moving forward when we feel like we can’t. We are blessed to be chosen as the caretakers and advocates of Jaxon and Jeren. Their smiles and perseverance are beautiful. They are my heroes!” When the Scheff’s found out they’d be getting a new mattress, they were emotional.

The Scheff Family “My heart sparkled,” said Jennifer. “I was tearyeyed and excited to say goodbye to the struggles of the past that our bed represents and hello to renewal of strength and peace.” Jennifer says getting a new mattress gives them a renewed look at life. “With the messiness and stresses of life, this reminds us to continue to find the hope, positivity and beauty that happens too,” said Jennifer. The Scheff’s appreciate organizations willing to give back. “Thank you Beds by Design for giving back to the community and giving families a little extra comfort,” said Jennifer.

The Alhassan Family Kerry, Daru, Dustin (20), Cody (21), Jadyn (11), Jordan (7), Kathy (Kerry’s mom) The Alhassan family lives in Brandon. They’re a busy family facing some medical challenges with their son Jordan who is seven-years-old. “Jordan has diabetes and Neurofibromatosis,” said Kerry. “Since Christmas he has also been struggling with G.I. and he hasn’t been able to go to school due to these issues.” Kerry says her son’s medical condition has taken a toll. “Jordan’s medical infortunes take much of my time and energy,” said Kerry. “Every day we wake up and we are thankful, because we know it could be worse.” Kerry is looking forward to some much needed rest on her new mattress.

The Alhassan Family “I get very little sleep. I check Jordan’s blood sugar every two hours, even overnight 24/7.” Kerry has always had a hand-me-down mattress and is excited about a quality mattress to help her get a good night’s sleep. “This means so very much to me,” said Kerry. “The health issues in our family bring a lot of stress. Getting a new mattress has really boosted my spirits since I’ve been feeling down.” Kerry also says this is has so much meaning to hear family. “I would extend a huge thank you to you to Beds by Design,” said Kerry. “This is more than a mattress to me, this is hope. This is comfort and this filled a huge need for us.”

“I wasn’t surprised she nominated our family” said Sarah. “She always does whatever she can to help us out. However, I was surprised that we were chosen. It was awesome. It was a great gift.” Sarah no longer works so she can take care of her daughter Kyla and her special needs. She says buying a new mattress is not something her family would have been able to do.

“That’s something we cannot afford to do,” said Sarah. “Our kids are growing so fast. We spend most of our money on basic needs, so this is just an extra to us and it’s hard for us to be able to get nicer things like that for them. Now, it’s one less thing for us to have to figure out how we are going to get mattresses for them.” Sarah and her family are thankful for Beds by Design and their willingness to help families like theirs.
