Brian will speak about local food and the progress traps that have endangered our diet and environment; the slow food movement; and the 100-mile diet phenomenon. He’ll touch on the lost traditions of growing healthy produce and livestock – and enjoying it. Doors open at 7 pm – presentation at 7:30 pm. Refreshments available. By donation at QICC.
