Strength of Board of Directors • Have been guiding the organization for last 7 years • 10 active Board members + 1 Legal Counsel – Regularly contribute time, services, funds, etc. – All volunteers • 17 trips by board members made to Sri Lanka since inception of IMHO – Goals: 1. to visit and monitor efforts, 2. identify needs, and 3. identify partners & establish partnerships
