OBJECTIVES: By the end of the workshop participants will be able to: • Understand the radiological advances in diagnosis of ischemic heart disease. • Become familiar with the pros and cons of CT coronary angiography. • Make a decision whether screening for coronary artery disease will likely be cost effective. • Describe macular degeneration, current and future treatments. • Discuss the options for screening by reviewing all the available tests and review the screening options for high and low risk individuals.
