The North East Chapter of IMHO is planning a walk‐a‐thon, on Saturday May 2, 2009 to raise funds in response to the current humanitarian crisis in North East Sri Lanka. The money raised will be used to establish a mobile‐ clinic in Jaffna (Northern Sri Lanka). Please join us with your family, friends and relatives, in making this event a success. Enjoy a “family fun walk”, and relax afterwards with your friends over lunch (that will be available at minimal cost), and go home happy that you have helped a worthy cause.
Further details on the program for the day, directions to the park where we will be assembling for the walk, pledge sheet, and instructions on sponsoring the function will follow shortly.
