EVENTS @ THE ISLANDREAM At The IslanDreaM, we feature a variety of themed event spaces, both outdoors and indoors, to cater for your event requirements. We offer flexible options of event packages, which cater for different sizes and requirements. We also offer options of customized packages, which should be discussed with our team well in advance to have your event tailormade to your specifications. We are suitably deigned for small functions, comfortably handling up to 40 to 50 guests within our events spaces. For numbers above 50 guests, special conditions apply, and must be explored and discussed beforehand.

HIRE ARE ALSO INCLUSIVE OF ONE DAY BEFORE THE FUNCTION DATE TO SET UP STRUCTURES AND DÉCOR PLUS ONE DAY AFTER THE FUNCTION DATE TO BREAK DOWN THE STRUCTURES AND DÉCOR AND CLEAN UP. FOR ALL EVENTS REQUIRING FLOODLIGHTS, THE REQUEST SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. THIS WILL BE ARRANGED AND SET UP AT Ksh. 1,000.00 per floodlit hour. The specified hired grounds will be available for use in setting up from ONE DAY PRIOR i.e. tents, pergolas, washrooms, food stations, etc can/should be constructed on the grounds up to 1 day before the function date, and have to be broken down at latest 24 hours after the function date. Our gates open for booked Day Events from 0700Hrs to 1800Hrs. For events extending beyond 1830Hrs, an additional Ksh. 1,000 per hour will be applicable to cater for additional set up of night lighting, additional nighttime security details, etc

Evening Function Tents Available for hire, with internal and external lighting. Set up for dinner as agreed. No extra charge if the whole group is accommodated at The IslanDreaM, for functions ending by midnight. Extra Charge of Ksh. 1,000 per hour from midnight for accommodated groups. Bar Service to be discussed separately Ksh. 20,000 for up to 20 pax (Minimum charge for function tent) if the group is not accommodated at The IslanDreaM. Ksh 1,000 per extra person, up to a maximum of 40 pax Set up for dinner as agreed. Evening Function ends by 2200 HRS. Extra Charge of Ksh. 1,000 per hour from 2200 HRS to midnight. Honeymoon Suites (Attached document) The IslanDreaM Honeymoon Suites come with pampering at a FullBoard Package. Our 2 Honeymoon Suites feature spacious Super King Suites, which are tastefully furnished, serviced and set against a calming natural backdrop. These private tents come with housekeeping services that are specially designed to meet your needs. As part of this package, we will also indulge you with bar as well as spa services, among other surprises.

Family Suite (Attached document) Our Family Suite features a duplex design, with a Queen Suite and a Twin Suite, which can also accommodate an additional single bed or baby cot. Children under 2 years old stay at no extra cost. The two units are connected, and share a kitchenette as well as private washroom/shower and dressing area. Our Family Suite is ideal for families with young children, and sleeps up to 5. Guests are accommodated on Full Board basis. HalfBoard rates are available on request. Currently, all children up to the age of 12 years, and booked to stay in the Deluxe Luxury Tent accommodation, Special Suites and Family Suite enjoy an AllInclusive stay with us at The IslanDreaM.
