My Go To Green Smoothie I may be better known for my cooking and baking skills, but I also love the simplicity of a nutritious smoothie! Rushing to school drop off? No problem! Not sure what to do with all of those veggies and fruit sitting in your fridge? We have a solution!

What I love about this smoothie recipe, in particular, is that while it may be packed to the brim with hearty nutrients, it is still SO DELICIOUS! Even your kids or picky friends (or partner) will enjoy it! Ready to give it a go?

In the last year I’ve incorporated dry brushing into my morning routine, and I have loved the results! As many of you know, my amazing mom is an incredibly talented artist. And I am so proud to be including a CUSTOM print titled Morning Tranquility as an Add-On to this season’s Jilly Box! My momma’s artwork is hung around our home and has brought me so much joy and inspiration over the years. I’m thrilled to share this stunning print (and a piece of my heart) with all of you as an add-on! The print measures 8x10 and comes in a beautiful wood frame. It also includes a lovely note on the back from Peggy! I know it will be the perfect little touch to your space to inspire many good mornings and good days to come!

We’ve alllll had those mornings where the bags under our eyes tell QUITE the story about the night before… Midnight Paloma’s De-Puffing Ice Roller has made a WORLD of a difference in calming inflammation under my eyes. Use it as your morning pick-me-up to de-puff or at night as part of your soothing bedtime routine. To use, detach the roller and freeze it for at least 15 minutes until iceycold, re-attach the roller to the handle and slowly roll upwards and outwards from the centerline of your face. Finally, detach the roller when finished, wash it off, and store it in the freezer for next time! It’s really the best little trick to feel more awake and like your most beautiful self!

And that was the very reason husband and wife duo Talia and Elon created ine+ nutrition. With Elon’s background in the fitness industry and Talia having worked in the medical field, they both had a strong interest in health and wellness but couldn’t find supplements that met the mark. Who is ine+ nutrition? What is your story? Hi! We’re Talia and Elon, founders of ine+ nutrition! I (Talia) spent 10+ years working in the medical field with a primary focus in Reproductive Medicine, having a passion for women’s hormonal health. Elon spent 20+ years in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, specializing in performance and mobility management. With my commitment to advocating for women’s hormonal health and Elon’s passion for elevating individuals’ well-being, we blended our unique journeys to create ine+ nutrition. Our brand is a combination of love, dedication and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. How did ine+ nutrition come to be where it is today? Ine+ nutrition’s journey started through a shared struggle to find supplement products that truly met our needs and upheld the quality we desired. Fueled by this challenge, we embarked on a mission to create products that encapsulated everything necessary for a holistic approach to health. It took approximately 2 years before selling to the public. During this time, we invested in all things research and development, certifications, premium raw ingredient materials and manufacturing. Do you have any tips for new business owners trying to start their own companies? We love this question because we love talking to fellow entrepreneurs and helping other small business owners. Here is our best advice: • Don’t rush growth and think long-term. Do not sacrifice long-term values for short-term results. • Do not compare yourself to other businesses. Your journey is your own path. • Maintain your own personal touch. Something we will forever do is a handwritten thank you note to all of our customers. It is the little things that make a big difference. • Learn from your competitors. • Don’t let perfectionism cripple you. Launch as soon as possible and adapt. • Be comfortable with the word NO. All it means is “not right now.” Keep believing and do not give up!

How to Create a Dreamy Breakfast Tablescape Who says a gorgeous tablescape has to be reserved for dinner parties and holidays? In the spirit of lingering a little longer and ENJOYING the start of our days, here are my best tips for creating a dreamy spring-themed tablescape:

Stick to a Colour Palette And guess what? We’ve made that easy for you with all of the items in The Jilly Box being coordinated pastels! For Spring, I often gravitate towards pastels, especially light blue, green, pink and yellow, which is why the mugs came in those colours! Use a mixture of mugs and cups, depending on your morning bevy of choice, to add pops of colour throughout the tablescape. Add Flowers in Delicate Bud Vases I like to stick with a more delicate vase for Spring, so it doesn’t overpower the light colour palette. The Shae Glass Bud Vase is the perfect touch of elegance on your table paired with some bright seasonal flowers, of course!

Light a Candle & Set My Intentions

Lemon Water

When I did my detox with Vanessa Grutman, I drank A TON of lemon water in those first couple of days of the detox. What I learned is that kicking off my day with lemon water in my Tease Tea mug *wink* BEFORE I hit the coffee machine really makes me feel clear-headed and more awake. Best of all, most places are going to have lemon water accessible… so there are really no excuses I can give to skip this step!

I reeeaaalllly try not to jump on Instagram first thing in the morning. What I’ve been focusing my attention on instead is having a little mindfulness and me time. I light a candle (my Cereal Candle, of course!), sip on my lemon water and either think through or write down my intentions for the day. Sometimes, it’s as basic as figuring out the kids and my schedules. Other times, it’s more mindful, and I’m thinking about how I want to show up for myself, my family and my team.

Dry Brushing Before I hop in the shower, I LOVE dry brushing. I do it 2-3 times per week, and I’ve found it has made my skin feel so smooth. It is supposed to be good for exfoliating dead skin, boosting circulation and helping detoxify your skin by promoting lymphatic flow and drainage. If you are new to it, be gentle on your skin. Don’t apply too much pressure right out the gate. Brush your skin using long strokes upwards towards your heart. Start with your legs, then arms and finally mid-section. It’s such a lovely practice, and you can take your MIFA brush included in your Jilly Box anywhere!

Skin Care Over Makeup Before going straight to my makeup, I’ve been spending a little extra time focusing on my skin. It’s amazing how some days, when you’re fully rested, hydrated, and taking care of your skin, you don’t even necessarily need makeup! Step one for skin lately has been to depuff my eyes with my Midnight Paloma Ice Roller. Not only does it reduce swelling, but I feel so much more awake before I even have a cup of coffee! Next is a spritz of my Caudalie Beauty Elixir. There’s nothing like it. It gives my skin this glow that makeup just can’t do on its own.

Green Powder Once I’ve woken the kids up, I love sitting with them to eat breakfast with a glass of water with green powder. (Yes! More water!)
