TERMS & CONDITIONS Upon receipt of the booking form an invoice for the deposit amount of 50% of the total booking will be emailed to you. To confirm your booking the deposit will need to be paid within 10 working days. The deposit is not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount due. Confirmation of final numbers and the balance is required 6 weeks prior to the event. Additional tickets/attendees must be requested in writing and payment is due immediately.
