ARE YOU READY FOR IT?— SJS KICKSTARTS INTRAMURALS 2023

March 20, 2023 St Joseph School of Gagalangin officially launches the Intramurals 2023 with the theme, "Building Friendship and Empowering the Youth through Sports," with the presence of each sports team of Grades 4 to 12 students at the SJS Manotoc Covered Court

Following the same event last held three years ago, the Intramurals is an anticipated sports occasion amongst Josephians With Ms Camille Nica Trinidad as the Master of Ceremonies, the day began with the parade of the teams per grade level, which includes the Grade 7 Falcons, Grade 8 Knights, Grade 9 Red Tigers,

Grade 10 Blue Eagles, Grade 11 Wasabhie, Grade 11 Shy OLA, Grade 12 Tarragons, and Grade 12 Saints

To formally begin the event, Rev Father Nolan A Que gave his opening remarks to the attendees This follows the Lighting of Torch conducted by the captain balls of each basketball team, the Oath of Sportsmanship made by the players, and the showcasing of the finalists of the Student Coordinating Body's "E-Sports" Competition

One highlight of the day is the first canvassing of the contestants for Mr and Ms Intramurals 2023 Each representative was introduced and then gave a spirited dance performance, showing their determination for the upcoming pageant the following week

Men's basketball, men's volleyball, women's volleyball, and dodgeball for grade school students are the declared sports games that will be held throughout the last few weeks of March 2023

SJS HOLDS ITS FIRST MR. AND MS. INTRAMURALS 2023

On March 30, 2023, St Joseph School Gagalangin held its Mr and Ms Intramurals The event took place at the school's Manotoc Covered Court and showcased the incredible fashion sense of the students when it comes to casual and sportswear Under the guidance of Ms Camille Nica Trinidad, the representative students from each section participated in this pageant highlight the individuality and style of the students while fostering a sense of unity and healthy competition among the sections Each section selected a representative who embodied their collective spirit and showcased their remarkable fashion sense

The students received support from their respective sections and collaborated with their peers to create stunning looks for each category

The pageant aimed to categories that brought out the best in the participants The first category, "Most Photogenic," allowed the students to display their unique charm and charisma in front of the camera The second category, "Sports Attire," showcased the students' athleticism and fashion sense as they strutted down the runway in sportsinspired outfits In the "Fashionista Attire" category, the students unleashed their inner fashionistas, donning

The pageant featured several stylish and trendy outfits that showcased their fashion sense and creativity Finally, the "Best in Runway" category allowed the students to shine as they confidently walked the catwalk, impressing the judges with their poise, grace, and unique personalities The participants captivated the audience, making their presence the thrilling highlight of the night
