What is the role of Media Platoon in TKSCC?
“The role of Media Platoon is to showcase the best qualities of the Corps and effectively communicate its mission and values to those outside of the Cadet Corps Our goal is to exemplify the best attributes of our unit, and ensure a favourable impression among both students and members of the wider community.”
What does Media do during Training Parades and AFX?
“Media Platoon plays a vital role in capturing what’s happening around the parade ground - the excitement that permeates within the Corps, the value it brings to the King’s experience.”
“We send out photographers and videographers to take photos and footage of activities, which is then sent newsletter team to publish articles of what we do each week to the public and our editing team to produce feature short films to highlight what is happening.”
