Fudge Brownie Peanut Butter Pie What You Need 1 box fudge brownie mix, 18 oz. 1 pkg deep dish frozen pie crust (thawed) 1 c creamy peanut butter 1 pkg cream cheese, room temp, 8 oz. 1/2 c powdered sugar 1 tub whipped topping, 8 oz. Miniature peanut butter cups, optional
Directions â&#x20AC;˘ Mix brownie mix according to box. â&#x20AC;˘ Spread 1/2 cup of the mix into thawed pie crust (you can always make brownies with the rest). â&#x20AC;˘ Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and brownie is set. â&#x20AC;˘ While cooling, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Mix until creamy. â&#x20AC;˘ Add the peanut butter and mix until well blended. â&#x20AC;˘ Mix in 1/2 of the tub of whipped topping until well blended. â&#x20AC;˘ Spread the mixture into the crust when it is completely cooled. â&#x20AC;˘ Spread the remaining whipped WRSSLQJ RYHU WKH Ă&#x20AC;OOLQJ 7RS ZLWK miniature peanut butter cups if desired. â&#x20AC;˘ Refrigerate for at least an hour and enjoy.

Our 23rd Fiesta has come and gone! We hope you enjoyed the music, the food and overall had a great time with family and friends! The Fiesta is an opportunity to promote goodwill in our community and invite our friends to visit La Feria for a fun filled day of entertainment and camaraderie! Our 2016 entertainment included Control, Ram Herrera, Los Garcia Brothers, Los Angeles del Sur, Buck’n Crazy, Ralph & the Cruisers, El Mariachi Mundial, and the La Feria High School Ballet Folklórico, with special guest Mando San Roman serving as our master of ceremonies throughout the day! The Car Show included over 180 cars including several antique tractors. We appreciate the participation of all the car and tractor enthusiasts who brought their prized possessions to display for our Community.
