Mexcian Manicotti My Way
â&#x20AC;˘ Using the uncooked manicotti shells, stuff the meat mixture into the shells and place in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. â&#x20AC;˘ Pour the jar of picante over the stuffed shells. Then pour in the 2 cups of warm water. â&#x20AC;˘ Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. â&#x20AC;˘ When shells are done and dish is bubbly top with sour cream, reserved cheese and olives. REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS RFQ - ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM SIDEWALK PROJECT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ROAD SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF LOS FRESNOS The City of Los Fresnos is seeking Engineering and Architectural services for a Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) Sidewalks Project. The TAP Sidewalks Project enhances safety through construction designed to improve the bicycle and the pedestrian safety; encourage a healthy and active lifestyle from an early age; enable and encourage children, including those with disabilities, to walk and bicycle to school; and to facilitate projects and activities that will improve safety and reduce traffic, fuel consumption, and air pollution in the vicinity of schools. This TAP Sidewalks Project is being funded through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). RFQ’s shall be addressed to: CITY OF LOS FRESNOS C/O MARK MILUM, CITY MANAGER TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM SIDEWALK PROJECT 200 N. BRAZIL LOS FRESNOS, TX 78566. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be received by Monday February 4, 2016 no later than 11:00 a.m. RFQ’s sent via facsimile shall not be accepted. RFQ’s shall be submitted in an envelope sealed with tape and prominently marked on the lower left hand corner of the envelope with corresponding RFQ title. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of the express envelope or package in reference to the RFQ.
