The description of work to be done is included for a complete overhaul, top end overhaul and annual maintenance. Bids will be considered separately for complete overhaul, top end overhaul or annual maintenance and/or for all three (3) as a package. Annual maintenance bid is for approximately two hundred twenty-five to two hundred fifty (225-250) hydrants. This could increase as new subdivisions are added. The annual maintenance bid will be for three (3) years beginning October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023. List the price per hydrant with a total bid for the annual maintenance for each year. Include separately a bid for a complete overhaul, and top end overhaul. The timing of the work for the annual maintenance is to be done as agreed by the approved bidder and the City of Los Fresnos. Any repair work needed to be done each year will be according to the bids. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. (CST) on August 27, 2020.
