Perfect Prime Rib Everytime What You Need 1 prime rib roast with or without bone (any size) Garlic powder Salt Pepper
Directions â&#x20AC;˘ Make sure oven is very clean. â&#x20AC;˘ Preheat oven to 550 degrees. â&#x20AC;˘ Make a rub of salt, pepper and garlic powder and apply to meat (quantities depend on size of roast). â&#x20AC;˘ Place meat in a shallow roasting pan fat side up. â&#x20AC;˘ Roast at 550 for 5 minutes per pound for rare, 6 minutes per pound for medium or 7 minutes per pound for well done. â&#x20AC;˘ Turn off oven at the end of cooking time and do not open oven door for two hours. â&#x20AC;˘ At the end of the 2 hours, remove meat from oven to slice.

RFQ’s (Request for Qualifications) are being accepted for “Professional ServicesArchitectural/Engineer.” Responses must be received by the City of Los Fresnos, 200 N. Brazil, Los Fresnos, Texas, no later than 3:00 P.M. Tuesday January 5, 2016. Firms should allow sufficient mailing time to insure the timely receipt of responses. City of Los Fresnos assumes no responsibility for late arrivals. Firms are expected to thoroughly examine the RFQ and all instructions.
FIRMS SHALL SUBMIT RESPONSES IN THE FORM REQUESTED, SIGN THE PROPOSER AFFIDAVIT, AND RETURN ANY OTHER REQUIRED FORMS IN A SEALED ENVELOPE W/ THE RFQ “Professional Services – Architectural/Engineering for Nature Park” CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE.
