Oversee the administrative and personnel duties involved in managing the Customer Service Department and Reception area. These duties include but are not limited to; scheduling, delegation of work responsibilities, approval of time cards, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

Assist in serving lunch and cleaning the kitchen area each Friday, as well as on an as needed basis.

more than just a pizza topping No one can argue that pepperoni is, and probably will alway be, number one among pizza toppings. This smoky, fatty, and delicious salami holds much more potential though. Pepperoni is a great way to quickly add a dash of meaty flavor to some of our favorite dishes. Read on for some diverse ways to work pepperoni into your menu - because it is so much more than just a topping.

1. Zucchini Stacks in the Style of Eggplant Parmesan This riff on eggplant parm layers breaded, fried zucchini with pepperoni, tomato sauce, basil, and a mix of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake the stacks and finish them under the broiler to get the cheese nicely browned and bubbly. A bit of white wine and balsamic vinegar lend depth to the tomato sauce.

2. Chickpea Salad With Pepperoni, Parmesan, and Basil

Earthy, wholesome chickpeas and bright herbs (basil is key, thyme and parsley can also be added) are counterbalanced by the meatiness of pepperoni in this Italian-inspired chickpea salad. Dress it with a red wine vinaigrette at least an hour and up to a day ahead of time so that the flavors can meld, but add the herbs right before serving.

3. Grilled Cheese With Pepperoni and Pickled Cherry Peppers Anything that’s tasty on pizza is likely to be tasty on a grilled cheese— especially pepperoni and sharp little pickled peppers. Pre-crisping the pepperoni in a skillet is recommended. Using a skillet will allow you to keep the rendered fat for toasting the bread.

4. Pepperoni Garlic Bread Burgers Combine the best elements of pizza and garlic bread for burgers with an Italian-American twist. Toast the buns in garlic butter flecked with oregano and parsley and make tomato sauce of crushed tomatoes, pepperoni, and a splash of vinegar. Dense, complex and often with strong notes of hazelnut and sautĂŠed butter, hard cheeses bring depth wherever they go. Studies also show that revenue from food delivery could reach $75 billion by 2020. Additionally, third-party food delivery is predicted to represent 40% of total delivery revenue by 2020, which is an increase of 15% from 2016. Wondering why online restaurant delivery service has become so popular among consumers? To start, these services are incredibly convenient because they allow consumers to order from home or work without having to travel. Additionally, these services encourage people to browse menus of restaurants they hadn't heard of previously and can also lead to them trying new businesses and cuisines.

Why Should Your Restaurant Offer Delivery?

If you're looking to boost your sales, adding delivery service to your restaurant will help you distinguish yourself from the competition - or at least keep up with them. Keep in mind that delivery will only grow your brand if you already have market presence and a loyal customer base. Potential customers can't order from you if they've never heard your name. They worked along side of a family friend who worked in restaurants in Italy. This family friend taught them everything they know today. In 2000 Sal and John then decided to purchase their own establishment in NJ. This business went on to win awards for best Italian restaurant and best pizza two years in a row. The brothers then sold this NJ location and moved to North Carolina, where they've been for the last 10 years. Pellegrino's also recently won an award for the best pizza/Italian restaurant and dessert in the Lake Norman area. Sal and John have a real passion for cooking which they believe makes a difference in the restaurant industry. Cooking Veal

You don’t have to be an expert chef to create a delicious meal using veal. It can be sautéed, stir-fried, braised, stewed, grilled or broiled. Add additional flavor by applying a dry rub, marinade, breading or a sauce. Ground

This grilled lamb chop recipe is called agnello alla scottadito in Italian. "Scottadito" means "finger-burning," and with these chops, it's a risk because they're so delicious and fragrant, you might find it difficult to wait for them to cool before grabbing one to taste it.

1 to 2 bay leaves

2 lemons, cut into slices (plus fresh lemon wedges, for serving)

Crush the juniper berries, peppercorns, garlic, and 1 teaspoon fine sea salt together in a mortar and pestle until you obtain a rough paste. Transfer this paste to the olive oil-and-wine mixture and stir to mix well.

Tear the bay leaves roughly and stir them in as well. Add the lemon slices (squeezing them just a bit before adding them to the marinade), and marinate the lamb in this marinade for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator, turning the pieces occasionally.

Shake off any excess liquid before cooking the lamb chops. You can either cook the marinated lamb chops in a skillet over a brisk flame or grill them on a gas grill.

In any case, lay lemon slices from the marinade over the chops as they cook, turn the chops occasionally, and season them well with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper when they're almost done. It should take about 8-10 minutes for them to be done.

Cioppino - Seafood stew

Ingredients Seafood 3 pounds halibut, sea bass, or other firm white fish, cut into inch-long cubes 1 large (2 lb or more) cooked Dungeness crab (hard shell) 1 pound of large shrimp 2 pounds little neck clams and/ or mussels

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt 1 28-ounce can tomatoes

Split the shrimp shells down the back and remove the black vein.

In a deep 8-quart covered pot, sauté onions and bell pepper on medium heat in olive oil until soft. Add the garlic, sauté 1 minute more. Add tomatoes, broth from the mollusks, red wine, tomato juice, fish or shellfish stock, the herb bouquet, and salt and pepper to taste.

2 cups red wine

Bring to a simmer and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Remove herb bouquet. Taste and correct seasoning.

2 cups tomato juice An herb bouquet of bay leaf, parsley, and basil wrapped in a layer of cheesecloth and secured with kitchen string Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup minced parsley for garnish

Remove the crab legs from the body and use a nutcracker to crack the shells so that the meat can be easily removed once it is served (leave the meat in the shell).

Broth from the mollusks

2 cups fish or shellfish stock

Steam mollusks in a small amount of water (about two cups) until they just open. Set aside. Strain and reserve the cooking broth.

If you pick out the crab meat, try to keep it in big chunks. Keep the top shell of the crab for making stock.

1 1/2 cups chopped onion 3 cloves garlic, minced

Serves 8

Break the body in half, and then cut each half again into either halves or thirds. You can opt to keep the crab meat in the body segments and serve it that way (more work for the eater) or you can pick out the crab meat from the body segments.

Sauce

1 cup chopped bell pepper

Cook Time: 45 min

Add the fish and cook, covered, until the fish is just cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the steamed mollusks, crab meat, and shrimp. Heat just until shrimp are cooked (just 2-3 minutes, until they are bright pink). Do not overcook.

About Our Cannoli Shells & Cream

D’Agostino cannoli shells are carefully hand crafted from all natural ingredients. Our specialty dough is made of a precise mix of simple, quality ingredients, including only flour, sugar, palm oil, vanilla, cocoa, salt, and water. We begin by sheeting the dough, allowing it to break down and blend. Thousands of layers are created in this way and then each cannoli is carefully hand rolled with skill and attention.
