Recruitment Process The Lisbon MBA is a joint effort from the two top Portuguese business schools – Católica and Nova – in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management. The vast experience of both schools in delivering successful MBA programs and the unique curriculum and positioning for this program provides the opportunity of a truly different experience for all this participants, including staff. We are looking for:

Career Management Center Coordinator The Career Management Services Coordinator of the MBA programs manages and delivers career management services to The Lisbon MBA students and develops opportunities to place students in the international market. The Career Management Center Director reports directly to The Lisbon MBA Executive Director. Duties and Job Responsibilities: 1.- Planning and Organization of Career Management Center (CMC) Activities • Develops implements and/or maintains career development programs. • Develops, conducts and/or contracts educational programming, workshops and seminars, including but not limited to, resume and cover letter workshops, career options programming, networking receptions and mock interviews. • Provides information to innovate and update CMC materials including website • Prepares , manages and controls the CMC annual plan and budget • Defines the Employer Relationship Manager goals, guides his activities and evaluates his performance in an annual base • Develops and maintains career services databases. • Develops and revises all Career Services publications and policies. • Prepares statistical and other reports for internal and external constituencies. • Represents the MBA program career services function to internal and external audiences • Develops and maintains effective relationships with other schools CMC counterparts • Performs other duties as assigned.

2.- Relationships and opportunities development with international corporate recruiters • Develops and maintains effective relationships with potential and current international recruiters developing effective placement strategies for internships and for fulltime jobs. •

Periodically evaluates the results of the placement activities and provides feedback to corporate recruiters and students.

3.- Coaching and counseling activities • Organizes the program coaching sessions • Performs career development coaching and job search counseling for students. 4.- Relationship with other areas of the program • Participates in the On-Campus Recruitment Interview Program. Qualifications and Experience: • Undergraduate degree, MBA is valuable. • Talent Management experience. • Counseling and coaching experience. • Organizational development management experience. • Experience in the educational sector is valuable. • International experience is valuable. Abilities and Skills: • • • • • • •

Ability to actively market the MBA program to international and national recruiters Ability to communicate efficiently with all the MBA constituencies. Ability to counsel/teach students the skills and abilities needed for a successful job search. Excellent oral and written English communication skills with ability to write and speak persuasively. Availability to travel Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
