At Catalyst, we have set our sights on a triple bottom line — including a strong element of purpose in our work. We believe a team without a higher purpose is just a group of people held together by project deadlines and paychecks. As a result, we regularly poll our team for initiatives they want to give back to — including DEI, women in leadership, local organizations, and more — and then prioritize work for those causes.
One major area of our for-purpose work involves addressing poverty and homelessness as a direct response to our place in the housing and real estate industry. Through collaboration with organizations such as Shelters to Shutters and City on a Hill, our team and community continues to benefit from a sense of shared mission.
