In order for me to negotiate on your behalf I will require a signed Agency Agreement. This agreement will entitle me to a service fee.
We will immediately begin home shopping to find you the perfect home Home Shopping
Once your offer is accepted and the purchase contract is signed, the next step is to schedule your inspection right away. During the due diligence period you want to inspect everything you deem necessary for you to continue moving forward with your purchase During this time, you can walk away for any reason
Offer and Acceptance
Once you find a home you love, it’s time to make an offer We will decide how much due diligence and earnest money per house. I will help you negotiate if the seller makes a counteroffer
The mortgage company will want to do their own assessment to protect the mortgage investment they are making
Mortgage Appraisal

The big day has arrived! You’ll do a final walkthrough the evening before or morning of closing and move through the final closing
TIMELINE
Due Diligence Period
Once the appraisal is done, the lender will finish their paperwork and finalize the mortgage. A soft credit pull will be performed before closing.
