“She the Best Ever – Better than All the Rest”, Iconic words from Rock and Roll “Wonder Woman”, Tina Turner, might have been written about the world of Rock and Roll, but they couldn’t be more on target than if about Charlotte’s “Angel of Real Estate”, Keller Williams’ August Maier.

We had our house on the market with five different brokers (all nice folks) over a six-year span and the most showings any one of them generated was two. Within eight months, August had over thirty prospects check the house out, and last month it sold for full price, “As IS”.

Sure, the market was hot this past year, but also strong for the past six years, yet such a difference isn’t by luck. Listening to her Seller, making her opinion known, but always deferring to the Seller’s requests is a good beginning. Quality presentation, always ready to show herself – as requested by the Seller.
