Hello, We are a proven leading design, manufacture & fit out company who provide creative & unique interior solutions. We offer every aspect of fit out, from interior strategy to logistical planning, conceptual and graphic design to full working and architectural drawings. With vast experience in all areas of interior design & construction, we are able to deliver a full one-stop interior fit out facility for our clients. We cover all aspects of fixtures and fittings, as well as specialising in interior communications such as point of purchase and point of sale. A comprehensive installation service comes as standard and we can deliver on any job, no matter the size.

Form follows Function At Maxim we believe in the idea that form follows function and we believe in a system that will allow you to realise your full retail potential. This key principle is integral to what we do and who we are and although we are staunch proponents of visually arresting retail environments we always consider the workings of your store to be of paramount importance. We create store environments geared towards maximising sales. There is no ‘hoofing it to the big lad up front’ in our approach. We ensure that our design is carefully tailored for each specific environment, allowing us to squeeze every ounce of space out of your store.

Sketch Work After figuring out the workings and schematics of the space we then begin to consider the coneptual development. We start by mapping out initial line drawings and sketches that will provide a visual cue as to how the space is going to look. We believe that presenting this information is crucial during the embryonic stages of the process and that being able to provide a good visual idication as to where the project is heading is key. We use top of the line software so we can add hints of colour and shade which ultimately make it easier for the client to make the call on whether or not this is the direction we is to explore.

3D Visual Using top of the line industry software the design team at Maxim take the intital sketches that have been approved by the client and transform them into a solid visual concept. We create detailed 3D visual stills and animations that demonstrate to the client how the final product is going to turn out. We can exhibit different materials and finishes and are able to build on the design and direction that we have cemented in earlier stages. This process is geared towards giving the client a greater understanding of what it is that Maxim actually do, so they can make informed decisions and the job is able to run as smoothly as possible.

Techincal Development Technical development, or as it’s known here at Maxim ‘the nuts & bolts stage’, is where concept becomes reality and the designs are brought to fruition. We hand our creative visuals to the development team and they begin the process of calculating the intricacies of the design. The initial tech drawings are then submitted back to the creative 3020 department for sign off against the concept. We consider the fine details to be of paramount importance and that the client should only receive what they have signed off in the conceptual stage.

1'' xbrings 1'' Mesh Our development team then add the real detail that everything to life before it is passed through to our production department who break everything down ready for manufacture roll out. Our technical development doesn’t end with the bespoke units we create, we also have site specific development and produce our own M&E drawings.
