MIALE TEAM ABOUT TOWN The Miale Team Hosts Annual Home Team Tailgate at Rentschler Field On October 16th, we hosted our annual Home Team Tailgate at Rentschler Field to thank our clients for their continued support. For the first time in 23 years, the UConn Huskies played the Yale Bulldogs in a gripping game, with UConn beating Yale 21 to 15. We kicked off the game with a morning tailgate featuring brunch, drinks, cornhole, and a raffle. Special thanks to Small State Provisions, Perkatory Coffee Roasters, Custom Corn Hole Boards, Rogers Orchards, WeHa Brewing and Roasting Company, and Kinsmen Brewing Company for supplying our raffle prizes! We also celebrated our partnership with Connecticut Foodshare with a bottomless mimosa fundraiser, raising $5,241 for Connecticut Foodshare and providing 10,482 meals for those in need! We could not have done it without the support of our sponsors or our amazing clients. The Miale Team’s mission is to empower people, the people we serve and those we serve with. As a community focused organization, we will continue to partner with Connecticut Foodshare to raise donations and combat food insecurity in Connecticut. We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend the weekend with our clients and we look forward to seeing them at HarvestFest in November!

Community Events Partner Appreciation Night This quarter has certainly been a busy one for The Miale Team! In October, we hosted our first Partner Appreciation Night since March 2020, welcoming local vendors and partners to network and socialize. The event gave the team an opportunity to show their appreciation to those we have done business with, and to build relationships for continued, future and referred business. West Hartford Halloween Stroll We had a blast celebrating Halloween with our community at the annual West Hartford Halloween Stroll this year! From superheroes to witches (and even a chicken or two!), trick of treaters strolled the streets of Blue Back Square and West Hartford Center in search of sweets after a two year hiatus due to COVID-19. What a treat to serve our community and see so many smiling faces again!

House Hunting for a Multi-Family in West Hartford Gary was looking to purchase a new home when he reached out to Cynthia Burke, his agent and friend. Gary and Cynthia have worked together on many transactions, totaling five properties altogether. When Gary came to Cynthia with the project of finding a duplex in West Hartford, Cynthia was ready to tackle the challenge with enthusiasm: "I’ve worked with Cynthia for quite some time," Gary said, "So fortunately, we’re very comfortable and we know each other well. She knows what I’m looking for and it was a situation where considering how hot this market is, I saw something quickly and I sent it to her. I trusted her to be able to move quickly on things." From finding the right properties to neogiating deals, Gary trusts Cynthia to handle the transactions with ease and expertise. He was able to snag a property early and under asking price, which for any property in West Hartford
