to be remanded in prison custody. Mr. Justice Latan Nyordee adjourned till today ruling on Lloyd’s bail application. “In view of the application for bail, this case is adjourned till August 7, for ruling. Meanwhile the accused person is remanded in prison custody till the adjourned date,” he said.
Also yesterday, Mr. Justice Esor Teetito rejected Lloyd’s interlocutory application, urging him to restrain the police from further inviting and arresting him over the Assembly fracas.
