Kowal said he’s seen first-hand people walking dogs off leash in areas such as the golf course, roads, and sidewalks in town and expressed some of his concerns at the March 16 town council meeting. “I wouldn’t somebody’s pet or somebody’s child to get injured relating to an off leash pet. We can look to educate the public, look to provide options/areas for residents to have their dogs, and perhaps look to have some enforcement in this area.” He is planning to work with town council and
