Action Points and Matters Arising •
CH reported the current state of preparations for the Ceilidh and presentation ◦
As of the date of the meeting around 10 honourary members and their guests will be attending the presentation

Dave Hume will attend the event for free as thanks for his role in the band
◦
52 ceilidh tickets are yet to be sold

AW suggested contacting Tim Rogers to promote the ceilidh to the Wanneys club
•
AW reports that he has received a membership cancellation notice from a longtime member that he will discuss with SB
•
The ceilidh is to be promoted on the NMC Facebook page
•
FL reports that the end of year accounts are currently being audited
•
The question of responsibility for the goCardless account was discussed ◦

It was agreed that the membership secretary be responsible for keeping track of membership fees and that the treasurer be responsible for everything else
The tools the new membership secretary needed were discussed ◦
AW reported that he needs to synchronise membership numbers and emails across MailChimp, the BMC portal, SurveyMonkey and goCardless
◦
Continuity of admin logins for Google groups and the Facebook group must be maintained over a change in officers
◦
AW will transfer ownership of the membership guide and the standard emails to be sent to new members to the new Membership Secretary
◦
JMcC and KB volunteered to field enquiries from prospective members
The club's constitution is to be updated to remove the status of prospective membership
