Mural an expression of love, hope and respect FANNIE SUNSHINE fsunshine@insidetoronto.com When concepts were being tossed around for a community mural on the walls of the Ranee Avenue underpass, it was decided the message had to exemplify hopefulness, compassion and solidarity. The mural, titled Love or Love after a popular expression used by Lawrence Heights youth living in Toronto Community Housing, was unveiled Tuesday. Created by Lawrence Heights youth under the mentorship of project co-ordinator Joshua Brandt and professional artist Sean Martindale, the colourful mural is made up of words love or love, home, limitless and heights, which span across four walls of the underpass situated at the south entrance of Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
