Toronto’s Caroline “Coop” Douglas, nee Cooper, has lived for the outdoors, in fact she literally made a living off it. The outdoor adventure professional would lead outdoor adventures from snowshoeing and skiing in the winter, to paddling and hiking in the summer. Through her work, she stayed fit and got a good dose of Vitamin D.
