THATS W HO THEY ARE BUT W HAT DO THEY DO? The Specialist Support Unit sit within our Operation and are a team of multi-skilled advisors. These advisors are specially trained to give the additional support required, to sensitively explore the customer ?s circumstances and offer solutions to
ensure a successful outcome for the customer. They are knowledgeable around the required legislation and legal documentation, and are able to liaise with the creditors to ensure they are kept up to date regarding mutual customers.
