G UARANT E E MINIMU M A final guarantee is due in writing 72 hours (3 business days) prior to your event. Wedding and Bar/Bat Mitzvah guest guarantees are due no later than 1 week prior to event date. The event will be charged for the guarantee or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
S EAT ING & R O OM SET Additional set-up fees may be incurred depending on furniture removal requests. Set up fees begin at $250 upwards of $1,000 based on the extent of furniture removal, which will be advised to the client before charging. A floor plan is required at least 1 week prior to event. Should you require a room set change on-site, a reset fee of $200 per hour will be incurred.
R OO M ASS IGNMENT If the guarantee changes from the original agreement, the hotel reserves the right to change the room assignment to the most appropriate room.
R OO F TO P BO OKING The Roof Top overlooks Biscayne. Guests hosting events on the Roof Top may enjoy the music until 10:00pm. Closure is enforced in an effort to not disturb our residential neighbors and to comply with city code. Kindly note that glassware is not permitted. We provide well-designed acrylic barware at each bar on the rooftop. Attractive acolytes are used throughout the Penthouse Levels in lieu of candles as are we unable to have any open flame candles.
FO O D & BEVE RAG E HOSPITALITY The hotel does not permit outside food and beverage in order to ensure the safety of our guests. For Weddings, you are welcome to have a cake provided by an outside vendor.
D EP OS ITS & BILLING All deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your event. Our Catering and Events Department will outline the pay schedule in your contract. Prepayment is required unless direct billing has been established.
S ERVIC E C H ARG E & FLORIDA SALES TAX All food and beverage is subject to 22% service charge. 15% of the service charge is applied to gratuity and 6% is applied to administrative fees. Sales Tax is currently 9% and is subject to change.

V ENDO R S All vendors must be approved by the hotel. Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) 72 hours prior to the event. Vendors who are unable to provide a COI will not be permitted to provide services in the hotel.
