A proposal for all costs will be furnished upon request. A 50% deposit is required for all contracts exceeding $5,000, and the balance is due by the conclusion of your event. Final checks may be settled with as many as 4 credit cards and as much cash as necessary. When authorized, payments via wire transfers and corporate or cashier checks much clear at least 48 hours prior to the event start.

All employees used during events are paid via gratuity. Additional staffing fees are assessed based on guest count, the space utilized, and complexity of the menu served. General flat staffing fees based on 3 hour event times: - Additional Servers and Bartenders $150 - Door/Check-in: $100 - Security: $200

R E N TA L S

STK LA features variable levels of furnishing. Rentals fluctuate depending on your needs and the requirements of the space. In your event proposal we will provide you with an estimate of rental charges based on your requests. Additional rental charges above and beyond the proposed may be incurred for last-minute changes or custom furniture requests.

EVENT PRODUCTION & AUDIO VISUAL

Event spaces at STK can be furnishes with audio visual options based on request, subject to additional fees. Please inquire with your Event Manager regarding specific presentation needs. STK LA has a variety of in-house A/V items available for rental, and work with a list of preferred third-party vendors to accommodate our guest requests. Production and A/V vendors not facilitated by event staff, or on our list of preferred vendors are subject to approval of event staff prior to confirmation of event.

TA X E S & F E E S All event charges are subject to a 9% California State Sales Tax. All events are subject to a 5% administration fee based on the subtotal of your event. The administration fee is not a gratuity and serves to offset ancillary expenses associated with the planning and execution of your event.

STORAGE STK LA will hold basic dĂŠcor items for up to 1 day prior, and post your event. Anything left beyond 24-hours will be disposed of additional considerations were not previously arranged with your Sales Manager.
