Activity Reservation – Summary of Reservation a. Bill to Member – Captain of the reservation (no charge) b. Player Information – Lists all players in the game c. Reservation Details – Date, Start Time, End Time Court # etc. d. Back – Takes you back to the Court Reservation Sheet. Now you’re ready to book another reservation. Review, Edit or Cancel a Reservation . . . Under the header MY POLO, drop down menu click Club Reservations. This is where you will find all of your court reservations. My Reservations – Click arrow, page will open to reservation details. Edit Reservation – Allows you to add, remove or change a player. Cancel Reservation – Allows you to remove/cancel the reservation. Helpful Hints . . . • • •

All players included in the reservation will receive an email confirmation. Click Polo Tennis Site Map Link on Tennis Page to review the tennis court number / locations. The Polo Tennis Staff is always available to assist you with your reservation.

Ladies Card Room Guest Policy

Each guest is limited to a maximum of ONE VISIT PER MONTH on weekdays, and ONE VISIT PER WEEKEND, regardless of host member. Additionally, a guest who has eaten dinner at any Polo Club restaurant may play in the Card Room that same evening that they dined at the club.

Members may invite ONE GUEST PER MONTH on a weekday with the exception of days when guests are excluded. Members may also invite ONE GUEST PER WEEKEND, and up to FOUR GUESTS, ONCE A MONTH, on a Saturday or Sunday. Guests are excluded from the Ladies’ Card Room on Monday and Wednesday afternoons   

Members must be present in the Card Rooms with all invited guests, and must register guests’ names with the Card Room Manager. Abuse of guest privileges will result in the loss of guest privileges. Guest privileges may be restricted during special events. Guest restrictions do not apply to club sponsored events (i.e., Duplicate Bridge), and will not interfere with the number of guests a Member may invite according to regular guest policy. Members must obtain a guest pass for their House Guest prior to using the Card Room, and only one House Guest at a time is allowed to use the Card Room. House Guests are not restricted to a maximum number of visits, but they must carry their guest pass with them at all times and present the pass when using the Card Room. House Guests are not permitted on days when guests are excluded, and may not bring guests at any time. Vertical Family Guests are subject to all guest restrictions.
