was at a dinner last night with several dozen people who are actively working to improve mobility in Houston. A transportation dinner? Really? Here’s the skinny: transforming our streets and developing multi-
modal transportation will affect more than quality of life in Houston; it is an issue that will increasingly impact the region’s economic vitality. Mayor Turner is calling for a paradigm shift in the way we think about transportation. Dinner guests included continued on page 2
